I will no long use Verizon for anything I will have it removed from my house and my cell phone. They are a lying deceitful company. I have a plan with them for years I have bought new phones at full price to keep my unlimited data. then they increase my bill anyway to keep the same plan I have had for years. They then tell me I dont use that much data I can switch my plan and keep my bill were it is at and upgrade my phone. witch locked me into a new two year deal witch increased my data accesses fee from 20 to 40 cuz Im in a contract. this was not informed to me. so my bill is higher and I still do not have unlimited data. but to add insult to injury they lie say it would have happen anyway and I would have lost my unlimited data when I got the new phone. Ignoring the fact I only got the new phone on there advice. Finally I get my bill the fallowing month with the increases and I cant return the phone because the return police is 14 days and I didnt get my bill till after 20 online. Love how they have even that Rigged. . So now I will cancel everything with them As soon as I can afford it since I had to pay hundreds upfront to do all this and I will have to again when I go with a new company. Great way to treat a long time customer. The Better business accession will be contacted as well.

Terrible customer service. They only want to sell you the most expensive phone and plan possible, completely disregarding any questions or input you may have about what youre looking for. Then once you are a customer, good luck with getting anyone who is competent to look at it. That is if you can even get a rep to deign to listen to your problem. First hurdle you need to pass is whether you have insurance. If the answer is no, then game over. I was told "nothing we can do because you dont have insurance." the question was "do you know why the right side of my screen is flickering?" she glanced at the phone then looked up my account to ascertain that no, she would not help whatsoever.

Friendly but incompetent. I bought a new phone online and was there to pick it up. The wait time was excessive, not enough reps working, the one at the door was doing nothing. When I was given my phone I asked : "Its all set, ready to go?" Answer: Yes.When I got home I found that the phone had not even been activated. I was without a phone all day as it would not successfully activate. When my wife got home I was able to use her phone to call Verizon (not the store) and they handled it very well. I should have had them ship it to me, would have saved a lot of driving and the value added by the store was ZERO.

This store used to have the good customer service but has been going down the drain lately. The customer service reps have no idea about any of the devices they are selling, the manger is even worse with no authority over her team for answers i had to call customer service. beats the point of going into the store in the first place. they messed up my order and i ended up having my device shipped. I was very frustrated and disappointed and would expect better from verizon. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE>>>

I have gone to this particular location in Avon MA on 3 different occasions and have had nothing but TOP quality service from an agent named Toni. She is not only helpful and knowledgabale but friendly and understanding. Customer Service is not what it once was BUT when I walk into that store it is a true pleasure. Tony from Bridgewater

This location is the first Verizon Wireless store that I have ever visited that had several employees in plain sight doing nothing while we customers we waiting (a long time) in the "queue". Was like an episode from the Twilight Zone. I ended up leaving to go to another Verizon Wireless location and will not be back to this one.

They did a good job for me. Very pro. Likable folks. The young woman who helped me was great. For some reason I forgot her name. She was a living doll, though. Also, they did not mind that I brought my dog in there. Very nice. So, go there, bring your dog, and handle your fone business.

If you dont mind waiting 30 minutes to get help then by all means head over to Verizon. Most of the time all the reps are looking for is to get you to spend lots of money and get you out the door.

Store was great but the manager with the beard kept telling me he was an expert in bird law, he said they only accept hummingbirds as currency. He looked very familiar.
