Horrific experience. They sold us a lemon, period. This car has cost us more money to fix it than what its worth. We have this car not even 2 years, within the first couple of months it was at the mechanics. We even took it to a dealership and they recognized the car, off the bat and how it was loaded with problems that they told Rick Bros not to sell it. Of course, Rick Bros found out and call them. They, the other dealership, backed off. RICK BROS KNOW the car had all these issues. Best part? We ran in to the previous owner who TOLD RICK BROS the problems he had with it. HE TOLD THEM!!!!! Then Rick Bros pointed fingers at us, saying it was our fault, especially then the BBB was informed. We have been facing financial issues because of this vehicle. Its been in at our amazing mechanic over 6-7 times in the past year. It will be 2 YEARS THIS MARCH! DO NOT GO HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT! RICK BROS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

Ive bought two cars(5 years ago&1year ago) from this car dealership and it kind of seems to be a crap shoot with them. Both cars are still running having put 70k and 20k on each respectively. The first one I could have sworn had one but when I bought it didnt have an inspection sticker on it (but it passed). The second one actually ended up having a bad balljoint that was just about to go which they didnt inform me about when I asked about any vehicle issues. If youre buying a car from these guys, take it to a mechanic for a once over before buying. Monroe and other shops in the area do free or very cheap safety inspections and it will save you some headaches as they dont seem too keen on fixing or at least telling you about vehicle issues before a sale. You are buying the vehicles As-Is so expect as much. Id buy from them again if I needed to. They give a pretty good deal on Trade-ins.

The buying the car part went fine, however 5 months later, when it was time to use the AC, that didnt work and is 400$ to fix. Then the transmission went out conveniently 6 mo after we bought it and aamco thought it was because someone over filled the transmission fluid. The only people that touched the transmission fluid were at Rickie brothers when we bought it, but of course they cant do anything about it. Dont buy vehicles here, they sell crap.

Not at all happy with their service. I bought a car from them, and love it! The problem is about 10 days after the warranty expired my engine died. I am a college student trying to save money for a wedding. They wont do anything to help out. So pretty much, they stole another $1200 from me after I bought the car because I have to pay to get the engine fixed. I am so glad that we didnt trade in my old car cause I would be out of luck.

Bought my 2006 Honda Accord here three years ago had 156000 miles on it. It has 218000 on it now and has been a terrific car. I did buy a extended warranty which I havent had to use yet. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about my car. My favorite though was the sales people werent pushy at all. I would recommend Ricke Bros to anyone trying to buy a quality Used Car.

Bought a used Cadillac for my wife, I bought it for under Kelly Blue Book. The sales guy was excellent. The car had a minor problem of the window buttons not working on the passenger door. Not only did they fix as promised they clean and washed the car (two weeks after buying) Everyone was great and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Went to buy a Toyota Tundra. Ray, who I assume is the owner, told salesman Joe after some awkward deliberation that we couldnt do business - that he wouldnt take my trade (Porsche Panamera) because it was too nice and that they couldnt sell it there. Literally at a loss for words....... I thought you guys were in business to sell vehicles.

What a great experience! We needed a car for a family member and told Ray Ricke what we were looking for and how much our budget was. He delivered big time! The family member loved the car, it runs great, and Ricke Bros turned it over to us clean and shiny. Wed buy another car from them in a minute!

I had a great experience at ricki bros. Jo Jo was my salesman an a great one at that. Not one time did he pressure me hint about things nothing. He was there to answer any an all questions I had. Highly recommended . WILL be back
