In 2014 my husband and I decided to purchase a 2006 Pontiac torrent from ed Dickerson at 322 auto sales. It was an awesome car with low miles which was perfect for us considering we needed a reliable car for our two children. When we purchased the vehicle ed had promised us he would get it inspected BEFORE we drove it off the lot since he hadnt had a mechanic in house he had to take it to ducks auto on Paxton street to get it inspected. The mechanic could not get the check engine light to go off regarding a bad egr valve that they had supposedly fixed, after the mechanic checked it out he told us to take it home a few times only to reset the computer to see if they could get the check engine light to go away and inspect the car, after a few times of taking it home and reseting the computer the mechanic kept the car for a little over a week and put nearly 2,000 miles on the car once again trying to "reset the computer" after complaining to Ed for two months about needing a car (he would loan us the cars on the lot that were of poor quality, while the mechanic was driving around the car we were paying 285/month for) finally miraculously the car was fixed the light went off and in October 2014 our car was finally inspected. We got our car back until the egr valve went bad again and Ed told me that "sometimes things happen like that, no part is guaranteed" which blew me away, while the car was still under warranty thru ed and our finance company ed tried to make my husband and I pay around 200$ for the egr valve until I put up a fight saying we have been Jerked around by him enough and we shouldnt have to pay for something he never fixed right in the beginning. Then ed told me he agreed and would do the right thing as in fix it and pay for the mistake (which was truly his mistake from the beginning) now here we are time for inspection and Ed tells us that it needs a carrier bearing (we only went back to him because he was the one who sold us the car, so we felt he should inspect it) we get the carrier bearing fixed (which we had no idea was bad, minus minor shaking in the car there was no noise what so ever which is why we were surprised it even needed fixed) after the carrier bearing is fixed we drive it home and hear a noise the car has never made. Call ed ask him to fix the issue he tells us gmc doesnt make the correct fit for the carrier bearing which was a lie I called and they do, he told me to bring it in so he could weld a washer to the carrier bearing to end the noise. When I told him Im sick of him doing this to us and wish he would just fix the problem from the beginning the right way he tells me he doesnt know what I want him to do, and to bring it in to weld it together. After talking to gmc they are going to fix it the right way with the right parts. Im not sure if he just doesnt know much about cars or he just tries to get one over on people but Im not the first hes done this to regarding his reviews. He also told me after I told him I was calling the attorney general "go ahead it would be the first complaint I have filed against me"

Buyer beware. One can have any credit, good or bad, and not get a good deal. I almost became a customer here in June 2015, except that I finally had a permanent job-with an income verification, so I would not (and after previous vehicle dies two months earlier-could not wait!) have to wait another month or longer, to qualify for a so-called better deal. Anyway, I was not allowed to choose a vehicle I liked (there were four I liked!) and was told/being dictated into a vehicle I did not like-a small one! Is this a communist country where the credit beaten (I had some misfortunes-victim of such I was!) can be forced into a vehicle that is small for a big man like me, and with a sickeningly high loan interest rate?!?I told this dealership to go stick their rotten deal up their rear ends! YES! Brennen tried and pleaded with me to reconsider, and I told him NO GO and good luck, as I will never do business with your dealership and Ive told many others to avoid this joke of a dealership! THIS DEALER IS JUST AS ROTTEN IN WHAT THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME, as the notoriously rotten JD Byrider-see my scathing review of that Palmyra PA place!

I went to several "Well Known" dealers in the area...all of which told me that no one would finance me..that I am better off just going to a Buy Here Pay Here...and I had no chance of getting a vehicle to help re-build my credit. From the moment I walked into Route 322..it was a completely different experience. Everyone there made me feel welcome..and did not shame me for my past credit issues. They were able to get me an approval with an ACTUAL bank..so I am on the path to better credit thanks to them. They put me in a great vehicle and have always..always..been available to help with any concerns I may have. They have a foundation of amazing customer service and really strive to make you feel like you are more than a $ sign to them. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle!

If you ever have a chance to deal with this family you will not be disappointed. I am a truck driver and recently my truck broke down in Harrisburg,PA I needed to get home to wa state and after so much hassle with my company and car rental companies I decided I would just try to buy a car to get home. My credit is not the best but Ed and Brandon worked with us all day and into the night to make it work. On my way home to Wa I woke up and the car did not start so I called Ed and he made it work with a new battery for us and we made it home and the car is awesone. He went beyond what you would expect from a used car dealer. Thanks Ed Sean Werner PS: Sorry if I got your name wrong Brandon? You were very nice also even if your mom says different LOL

I recently relocated to the area and needed a vehicle quickly. My previous vehicles were purchased in cash or were leased under a name other than mine, so I never had established bank loan credit which made car shopping a challenge. After many restless searches online, I found this dealership’s ad on Craigslist. Once I saw the inventory and was approved for a loan, it was a matter of days until I rolled off the lot in my new car. I worked with Ed the entire time and he was professional and was patient with me even when I was being difficult. The Jeep I purchased runs well, was clean, and in amazing condition. It came with a 2 year warrantee and I’m very happy with my car buying experience.
