Friendly, however I felt they can easily take advantage of you. Especially if this is a last resort for a lot of people with bad credit. At the time due to excitement of getting my first car, I thought everything was smooth. However talking to other people that have gone through them. I felt a little insulted. They gave me an option of 5 cars that were in my "Price range" 2 ford focus, 2 Saturn ions and a ford taurus. Brian said that the fords are rough and clunky and shouldnt choose them. The taurus reeked Id cigarettes and wasnt cleaned well. Then came to the two Saturns an 04 and a 05. I test drove the 04 and figured whatever. It had 40,000 less miles then the 05. After agreeing and being rushed through the paper work. I pay $320 a month for a 2004 car. Including a cnac fee of $37.00 every payment. So at the end of the day I pay almost $400 a month for a car that shouldnt cost that much. Also with a final price of $9,998. If I had better credit at the time... I could have gone to Klick Lewis and gotten a fully loaded 2014 Toyota Camary for the same price and pay half of what Im paying a month. I plan to refinance as soon as possible and do not recommend JD. Byrider. If you have bad credit and dont have any other options. Be a hardass and fight for whatever. They are their to make money at the end of the day.

Only reason I will give the place a 2 is because the salesman was very nice(although they have to be to sell cars) and the warranty is actually really good. Other then that the place is highway robbery at its finest. They know you have bad credit which is why you are coming there so they take full advantage of people knowing they cant get a car anywhere else. They jack up the prices of the cars sometimes even tripling the cost of the car. I know for a fact it doesnt cost them that much that they need to literally rape peoples wallets. We bought a 2007 mazda three with approximately 100k on it and the price was listed at 11,999 but they "took off 1,000" to help us out. They didnt help us out they still raped us dry for $330 month for 3 and a half years. This car we got I did my research on and can be had for around $2,500-3,500 in excellent condition with the same mileage. So they tripled the price of our car. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend going here unless you are the most desperate person in the world. There are many other places out there that will help people with bad credit and wont rape you completely clean of your money. Im going to make sure I post this review on every possible website and stop as many people as possible from buying a car from these thieves.

My two experiences with Jdbyrider has been the absolute best. The first time I was so down and out that I swear nobody would help me get a car. This was my last stop before giving up and I wished I came here first. Brian, who helped me from the time I walked in to even after I got my car, was the best. Few months later I got into a car accident where it was total. Once again me and my kids was without a car. Even though it wasnt my fault I begin to feel like once again I was losing. A month later and a whole lot of run around with the insurance companies Brian and the staff here helped me walk out with a car. This staff is my family and I recommend any AND everybody to come here.

When I arrived at J.D. Byrider I was greeted right away. I worked with Matt and was approved within minutes. I recently had a repossession on my credit and was not driving any vehicle. As I was often turned down by other places , Byrider was willing to help with low down payments and affordable monthly payments. I would TRULY RECCOMEND Friends and Family to them they will put you in an affordable vehicle and get you driving Almost Same Day!! I bought a car the Zach helped me with and I and excited to be back driving again.

Absolutely wonderful experience. No pressure to buy, they lay everything on the table for you. 2 year 24,000 mi. warranty, great service department. If your willing to do a buy here pay here and make weekly payments, then you may as well go to JD Byrider and get a much more reliable vehicle with a warranty, and you dont have to deal with shady people who may sell you a piece of junk. My daughter will be getting her license soon, and I plan on going back to get her first car from them. They have a customer for life!

I wish I could give a 4.8 because these guys are phenomenal, the only downside is their cars are a little on the high side but they by far make up for it with above average service. They just recently took in my car after it died and they told me they were booked for the entire week, next day I get a call that its done and at only a third of the cost of what I was quoted at another shop. That just made my decision for the future so much easier and JD Byrider will always be my first choice.

JD Byrider definitely values their customers. Last week I had an issue with my vehicle and was out of state. My vehicle had to be towed and I had to get a rental car. JD Byrider not only paid for the repairs to my vehicle but they also reimbursed me for the tow and rental. Nowhere in my contract does it state that they will pay repairs or reimburse. But they did and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Thank You Travis and Doug!

We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle and Brian was VERY patient with us in answering all of our questions. My husband finally has a car hes not embarrassed to drive around in!!
