I live in houston and i was visiting my parents in Georgia. I was installing a water filter and I broke a quick connect. Since i needed to complete the work that day (i was leaving the next day), I visited the local homedepot and lowes, but after spending a long time with the store helper, we did not find the suitable replacement or compatible part. One of the guy at Lowes suggested that I check out PDI. So i drove over there and waited in line for a while and I am not from this area and I forgot my cellphone, so it was extremely difficult to find that place but somehow i found the showroom and the store. There many people waiting so i had to wait a long time.. and when it was finally my turn, i explained my situation and showed the sales rep the part. He did not even look at the part or tried to figure something out.. he just told ne that i should contact the manufacturer for the replacement part. I explained to him that although i know that is one obvious solution, i needed to find a workaround now, and i also explain to him how i have been to many stores and had a lot of trouble and i desperately needed some solution.. this guy did not care and just wanted to kick me out of the store.. He probably was not very interested in helping me because it would not be a big sale.. he was very rude and did not show any interest in helping me. He told me to go to Ace hardware. When i told him that i am not from this area and i do not have my cell phone, he did not even want to give me a direction... So i left and went back to Homedepot. A different guy was there and after he heard what i was trying to do, he came up with two solutions using pretty basic pumbing parts. I bought those parts at homedepot and it worked.. i was able to complete my work. I was so greatful... thise parts were pretty basic plumbing parts and I am 100% sure PDI has those parts.. PDI rep was one of the worst rep i have ever dealt with.. He did not care about his customer.. I was completely disatisfied with their terrible customer serice. I think PDI only focuses on revenue and profit.. they have no interest in helping customers... Great job Homedepot!! Shame on you PDI.. you need to train your employees about customer service..

This place was a nice experience up until the end. I am an interior designer, and just the other day I visited this show room, and upon my departure it became very hot as I waited outside for my taxi/chauffeur. As a result, I decided to step back in the showroom. The two present desk clerks of the showroom gave me very uncomfortable stares and eventually sent out a very large built man to interrogate me and ask me what I was doing at the showroom. I dont know if he was trying to intimidate me into leaving or what, but I felt very insulted by this. And as a minority, I felt very discriminated against and very offended that I couldnt even stand in the entrance without being treated like a loitering criminal. This unprofessional, disgusting stunt will cease all possibilities of any future visits to this place. And, you better believe that I will make sure other designers hear about this.

We recently realized that we needed to convert my mother-in-laws bathroom tub to a shower for her to get in and out. We remodeled 2 bathrooms in our last home a few years ago and used a Kohler Archer standard tub, an Archer air massage tub and a shower tray and door. The bathrooms turned out great. We did some research for this project and really liked the Kohler Groove shower tray and Choreograph shower walls. We visited PDI in Lawrenceville and confirmed this was what we wanted to install. Best news is PDI gave us a great discount price. When the materials arrived, we found a handyman to assist us with the heavy work. The conversion went well and one more great bathroom remodel is finished. My mother-in-law could not be happier and so are we.

As a owner/ operator Johnny Rhino Kitchens and Bath Remodeling, Having someone like Beth Gross at PDI is priceless. Beth has always been accomodating and informative with every request we have had , and there have been many . We use PDI soley because of Beth , its a win win for me and for my customers to have peace of mind from the start knowing we are all in good hands with PDI with Beth by our side. PDI showroom shows beautifully and shows an array of product that would make any one see the value in using PDI the service is just the cream at the top.

I knew well before visiting the showroom that this is the place to find the replacement for our shower fixture. I was delighted with the welcome I received. I wanted to look around to find what I was looking for. When I found it it was so nice to know Hannah Bentley knew the finishes they had . I must have told her several times I didnt expect to go to a big box store to get the item I needed. It took lass than 10 minutes seated at her desk exchanging info. This place has everything from a spectacular showroom to a parts department that has everything you could possibly want. If they dont have what youre looking for they will either order it or point you in the direction to get it. Ive been here on multiple projects and they have taken care of me every time. I would give PDI a 5th star if they had a website that would allow you to browse inventory, purchase, and pick-up in the store... they seem to have so much inventory its a shame they dont make it available to anyone with a computer!

I was referred to Beth Gross to select all of my plumbing requirements for a new home with 8 baths, pantry, laundry, kitchen, etc. I am a designer and extremely particular. I put Beth to the test to help me find fixtures that were special. Beth has a sophisticated design sense and unequaled product knowledge. She provided an unmatched level of service to me and my builder. We are now working on our second home together (a clients) Beths professionalism and dedication make her an asset to PDI and a joy to work with.

Horrible experience I went into this place with all my intentions to make a purchase, walked everywhere without finding any help finally the only sales woman that was on Saturday Morning with only one customer was very unprofessional, I asked for help and all she replied is that she was busy with customers treating me like I was not one, she gave me a very discriminating look and keep going, without even offering to help when she was done, I immediately left the place. PDI lost a sale and a future customer. Never again.

We were so pleased with the choices at PDI and all of Tawney Pattersons help. It took two trips before we were confident we had what we wanted and Tawney was patient and guided us based on our overall concept for the new house. Everything is lovely but I am obsessed with the Capital lighting Antique Silver light bar AND the Winter Gold light in my half bath. That was paired with a Delta champagne bronze faucet. I just go look at them, theyre so pretty. The photos are of the half bath.
