This is the best Home Depot Ive ever been to...the staff is excellent, helpful, knowledgeable. However, I have to give them a bad review for their carpet installers, AIS or Anderson Installment Services, out of Sterling Heights, mi. Weve had our installation scheduled for months. They called to confirm last week and promised yes the baseboards will be installed and then the carpet. It didnt happen. Next thing they are saying we dont have baseboards on the order and then said it wasnt scheduled right. So we reschedule for the following week. Mind you our entire house is torn up, we took 2 days off work, we have a 50th birthday party the next day and family coming in from Seattle the next weekend. The baseboards were done yesterday. Today we get a call they cant install the carpet due to 5" too short"!!! Mind you they built in a 15% surplus on the estimate that we paid for already. Here it is noon and they still arent here. I dont have a problem with the Home Depot staff, BUT I do have a problem with who they do business with. NEVER AGAIN.

I spend 10 to 20 grand a month in home depot and been to so many different depot and have been very pleased with my service today I would give around of applause to tammy and erin at hill road store for giving the rudest customer service ever received from home depot you girls should be ashamed to treat customers that way the customers are who keep you employed and its not just me they were just as rude to other customer behind me if you hate you job find a new one

Michelle, in the paint department, single handedly saved my sanity a few weekends ago. We just could not seem to pick up the right stain to match a new door to our existing trim, and she cracked open every stain they had to mix and layer until something matched. THE DOOR LOOKS AMAZING. We stop and say hi whenever we see her now. We love this Home Depot.

I have used this store 20-30 times while doing home project. This store has always been friendly and helpful when I couldnt find something I needed. It is harder to get help when they first open the door, however I would suggest to get what you know is where, then get help with what you dont know where it is. But great store for being "Flint"

Nothing like paying for a washer and dryer and being told it will be at my house on the 4th and come to fine out it will be here on the 8th wait it get better. Should of got 160 off but that promotion is over we forgot to take the sign down. Way To go home depot. Lowes from here on out!!!!

We should be able to give 0 stars waited 15min to ask a simple question 2 separate employees said be with you in a moment a few minutes later they were nowhere to be found all I needed was a yes or no answer. Lost my business

Friendly staff. I had some questions on electrical and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable. He helped me troubleshoot and resolve an issue I was having with some dimmer switches.

There was a lady at the checkout named Maria she was very nice, and doing her job above and beyond. Not to mention there is a Vietnam veteran who is very knowledgable of the whole store.
