I went with my 75 year old mother to buy flowers to plant. My mom wanted to look at some storage totes they had on sale. I found the tote but could not located the top. I ask the first home depot worker I saw he said it wasnt his area but hed find somebody to help me;he came back and told me it would be awhile before someone came to help us. 10 to 15 minutes later another worker ask if we needed help and I told her yes. She came back a few minutes later and I told her I was calling the manager on my cell. The manager and at least 3 other workers showed up and tried every top on the shelf after I told them 2 to 3 times it wasnt on the shelf. Finally after raising hell and a good 30 to 40 minutes I got the top and no apology from the manager. My mom had to get a folding chair off the shelf to sit in this was embarrassing to her. This the 4th to 5th time Ive had trouble at This Home Depot. NEVER again will I visit This Home Depot. Because of this experience I will have to shop at Lowes in Conyers, GA from now on. A few days later I visited the Home Depot in McDonough, GA. This was a far greater experience! I dont think the manager at this store is good at customer service.I had to call my husband to ask him to talk to the manager. We will cancel every credit card we have at home depot,if something isnt done with this store I have to rate one star so I can post this review this store doesnt deserve one star

In the past 2 months I have been in the store to get things for the house. And both times I walked out empty handed. Took my money to Lowes. And it was Sally due to poor customer service. The first time I was spending ruffly $1300. Freezer microwave vacuum cleaner. At the time I we supposed to get a 10% discount for spending over $300. And on top of that a price match. But the person at the register was trying to cheat me out of my discount. so I walked after about 10 min and 2 other employees tried to figure it out. The second and most recent. Was over a buggy I had walked in and for got to grab a buggy. And was looking for one that was just left around the store. (People with kids get this) that being said found one. But when my kids go to get it. A employee piped up thats my buggy. I asked a simple question ( mind you she was watering plants and about 20 feet away from the buggy ). Do you need it. You thought I just asked her age or some question you have no business asking. Her response was all attitude and a yes. So I walked out and took my busines to Lowes. I will go out of my way to buy my house hold Yard items from now on even though the home Depot is just over 1 mile away

The customer service here is horrible. I purchased several paint that was mixed wrongly by home depot. The associate made some mistakes on my order. I called home depot to complain specifically about 2 of the paint gallons. I spoke with the manager name Jason Pattron. The manager provided horrible customer service, false information and lied to me. Jason told me that the specific paint I purchased was not mixed in the store. ( i specifically watch 2 different staff mix the paint in front of me) He was rude on the phone and told me he will tell the manufacturer to visit my house!!! Wow been several days now and no one has called me regarding this. Jason is a really mean manager am sure all the complaints regarding bad customer service is based on his poor public relation skills.

Wack ass hell. I purchased a Chamberlain garage remote and wanted to exchange it for a Genie Pro remote and I could not locate the receipt, they unexplainable decline me. I was not trying to get money in return only a replacement of the correct brand. I had to contact the Corp Office and they only said its a system error. I shop here often but after this I will be shopping with Lowes. This is unprofessional and ridiculous for a customer. Walmarts policy would dance circle around theres. Ugh DONT SHOP HERE EVER! IN CONYERS, GA AT HOME DEPOT

If you need help from any floor personnel, this is not your store. They actively avoid helping customers in my experience. If you know where your product is and do not need help, it is fine. The cashiers are also generally nice. Paint counter is about 70%. Associates are at about 30% helpful in my experience. This visit, associates were not helpful . I think the employees have a game to see who can go the whole shift without helping a customer. If so, they are all winning.

Dont shop here, go to Lowes. you will get a boot and a $500.00 fine. This is private property. Home Depot does not care. Shop somewhere else. Why shop here to take a chance to get a boot. Could cost you $500.00 dollars more on top of your purchase. Go ahead and call customer service or the manager. They dont care about you. I will never go to any home depot again. Disgraceful practice.

I bought 7 boxes of laminate which was supposed to have 9 each some had 7 or 8. Some was damage i went back to the store they had such a nasty attitude the cashier and floor supervisor. Never expected this from Home Depot i bought 8 boxes before to do one room i have one more room to do dont know if i want to go back there.☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

Crappy customer care. Im calling the direct apartment to find out information and I get redirected over and over. If you DONT know anything as simple as something you carry for YOUR department, then DONT work there. Why dont you know If you you bloody work there? Good job.

Home Depot didnt carry any pipe vent boots for quick repair. They told me I would have to order it online. Well thats ok if it doesnt rain for the next two weeks but I have to repair a leak. Went to Lowes and they carried various sizes. Thanks for Lowes.
