I stopped by Monday after work and placed an order (60 boxes of in-stock flooring and ordered 5 96" stair tread edges). The 60 boxes of in-stock flooring was supposed to be pulled and ready Tuesday. They were supposed to call when it was ready. I hadnt heard anything from them so I called on Wednesday. I was told that the order would be pulled and ready for me Thursday afternoon. I called Thursday morning, spoke with Josh who didnt seem to understand English very well. He put me on hold and said that it would be ready by 2PM when I came to pick it up. Based on the past experience, I didnt trust this. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that she was busy and would call me back in 15 minutes. I never received a call. I arrived at 2PM, and order wasnt completed yet. A guy finally showed up with the flooring on a pallet, shrink-wrapped, and on a forklift. I thought he was going to break the springs in my truck trying to get that pallet off of the lift. I got home, unloaded the boxes in my garage and found that there are 2 boxes missing and 1 was damaged. I called the store, after letting the phone ring for 5 minutes someone answered. I explained that I needed to speak with a manager and told him what happened. He put me on hold, came back and said that the manager was counting down a drawer and would call me back in 15 minutes. I didnt have this problem when I placed my order last September. The 52 boxes I ordered, were ready on time and in the correct quantity. Got a call back minutes before they closed. The manager Jackie said theyd replace the damaged box but they would have to review the security cameras regarding the 2 missing cases. Really? I spend over 5K there within the last year and Im trying to scam them out of 2 boxes of $50 flooring? Excellent service. 08/05/2016 Update. I called the online order center and sent an e-mail. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and assured me shed e-mail the store manager. I received a call from Mareks as well as a follow up e-mail. He said to come by anytime and that my 2 missing boxes would be there and theyd replace the damaged box. The also apologized for the inconvenience and said hed use this as a training opportunity with the stores associates. Thats the excellent service Id come to love from Floor & Decor.

I would give a zero if possible I went to store and purchased $1300 of tile and other items for the job on 4/9/201. A few days later my husband went up to the store to get them. On one of the loads he was transporting some of the boxes fell off on the interstate. So he went back to purchase the amount that fell off. At that point he was sold the wrong size tile. After he laid part of the store he realized it was the wrong size they gave him. So he had to rip up every tile he put down at this point. He again went to the store to try to get it resolved. They said that they would handle it and get us the right size. He has called multiple times with nothing in return but excuse/lies. He was told that they were bringing the tile out Fri 4/29/2016. The store even called and said they would be there in 45 mins. He waited until 9 that night at the place of business and they were a no show. We have received excuse after excuse about this situation. The worst part about it is we are opening a new business and we have a half a store of tile. We are supposed to open in May which this is going to be a major push back. We have paid employees to come lay it and we are out that money also. I called customer service today and the lady stated they only had 40 tiles of what we need in stock which obviously is not enough. The store has yet to tell us that even to this today when we were talking to a manager again. We need for this situation to be fixed as soon as possible because everyday our store does not open we are losing money.

Pros: Tons of selection, very good prices, beautiful showroom. If you go during off hours, you will receive excellent customer service. Their employees are very nice, especially Daniel, he made my shopping experience a breeze. Cons: Tried to use their granite installers via Installation Made Easy. Lost alot of time because one installer was sick, another was on vacation, etc. Found other installers to bid the job. They didnt like that Floor & Decor sells 2cm granite whereas most local granite shops sell 3cm granite. So even though Floor & Decor has great granite prices and selection, installation is difficult and Ive heard that the 2cm granite breaks often (that makes sense). Also, beware of shopping there during peak times. It will be hard to get customer service.

My name is Emmanuel M, I used to be the assistant manager here and I left my position because I was verbally harassed by the Wood Manager named Lue Scafidi, he is a older gentleman , bald, with glasses that drives a Toyota.... During my days at the Buford location he would tell us how he used to sleep with his associates at Home Depot off the clock and also during his lunch breaks in the parking lot.. What made me leave is not only would he call me names but he insulted me and said he slept with my wife... Till this day he is currently employeed there and until he leaves I will never do business or bring my customers there.. Harassing employees is not okay!!! I will not rest till I seek justice !

This rating is for the "Loading and Customer Pickup". Their process is horrible. My first experience there was picking up $900 worth of tiles. I paid for the purchase and they sent me to the loading dock. I waited for over 2 hours. I thought it was just my bad timing. Then my second trip was to pick up a pallet of fiberock. I paid, went to the loading dock at 10am. I was the 3rd customer on their wall board. They finally load my order at 11:45. If you need their loading service, hope you bring a lunch. Their process is SLOW and INEFFICIENT. Other than the poor service at the loading dock, the selection and price is good.

I had to go to 2 locations because they would charge me to transfer product from one location to another. The other location is 2 hrs away. After my research I found they had product at Buford, Ga. location. We paid in advance, product already pulled. When we got to Buford we were the only vehicle waiting. We had to wait 25 mins to get somebody to get product in truck when it was sitting in the bay ready. The inconvenience of going to two locations. I was told I would be charged $135 to get product from other location.

Decided to do all three bathrooms at once, boy what a big task. Thank you to Palmyra who saw me sitting on the floor trying to figure out what tile would work best. She assisted me with tile choices for all three bathrooms from surround, to flooring, and for the shower. Smart, professionals, and patient. In the end my 1990s design bathrooms jump into the new millennium. Thanks Floor and Décor for having staff like Palmyra!
