The customer service was very bad. I felt a bit racially profiled when I brought in my merchandise to get answers to the questions I had about the shop. The lady had dark thick mascara around her eyes like Halloween. She blew me off and told me she doesnt want what I had, which was a diamond watch and she walked off on me in the middle of me asking questions. I just looked and walked away. When youre in business, customer service is a priority and the older lady with the circles on her eyes was distasteful.

I have been coming to fieldstone all my life have always felt welcome. I have always gotten very good deals from electronics to jewelry and so much more. I have had my rings sized there multiple times and it is always prefect. They clean the jewelry for free so thats a big bonus. A very lovely atmosphere to be around and everyone,especially the owner, Lisa, is incredibly helpful.

Just now left this place, the pricing if you want to sell is terrible. I wanted to sell a 2000 dollar pressure washer and the man said the highest he will pay for is 100 dollars. Terrible. Dont even have the decency to explain anything, and customer service is poorly among the people.
