The Customer Service Desk is the slowest and most disorganized bunch of poorly-trained and/or simply slow people Ive ever had to deal with at any store of this type. Im half-willing to proclaim that I have had better luck at Walmarts Customer Service Desk! One example: I picked up a bathtub - which was supposed to be at the Pro Desk specifically so I could avoid the Customer Service Desk, but it wasnt - and it took a whopping three people to figure out how to get me the tub. Finally someone else who I know never works at the desk (usually in paint; Im there far too often) volunteered to go get it and she must have recruited another guy and eventually, 30-min. later, I finally was allowed to leave after they figured out their computer stuff. This all despite the tub already being outside for at least 15-min. and staff standing around waiting for me to come out to get it loaded. Luckily my uncle was there to open the vehicle otherwise we would have wasted more of their time. I cant imagine how life would be with this Home Depot if I was a contractor! Ive had to return many things before (I get everything I might need, and return what I didnt need - I dont need to be making 50 trips for one task!) and always dread it because theyre always operating at a snails pace and theres always a few people ahead of me. Another example: the lady I usually end up having to deal stopped doing what she was doing for me and started looking for a receipt that she apparently lost for a customer that walked up to the desk in the middle of my transaction. Look, I understand you helped the guy before and he should have is receipt, but task someone else to finish my transaction or ask the man to wait just a minute and speed through my return. The morale of the story is, whomever is training the Customer Service Desk here likely needs to be replaced. Oh, and dont get me started on the guy in plumbing. He couldnt even help me setup a sink drain and he clearly (along with the rest of plumbing) is not giving a single care in the world about organizing all the plumbing bits and pieces. That plumbing section is the biggest mess I have ever seen - NOTHING is in the right location. I cant imagine what their inventory computer states! Its insane!

Rude Customer Service and overall terrible experience. This was a 5 star review the day before today. Put of 4 cashiers we asked 3 did not have the information about extended warranties. And the warranty information was presented after the bad experience with Diana and Bill. So onto customer service we went we talked to Bill and Diana who apparently were bother being asked about warranties which have ask an associate for details. So we asked about the plans and Diana did not move a finger to help. Bill quickly opened and closed a drawer and gave up returning back to what they were doing leaving the question unanswered. A moment later I was able to find the information and let them know where they were. And from here Bill did not like the being showed where it was and takes a liking to call people smart-ass and Diana backing up that comment. Clearly when wearing the uniform and working in customer service you are part of the company and represent it and this is not the way any company does what they representatives presenting their company. We only purchase big ticket items from here, have their credit card, own stock, and pay more versus online stores. This is definitely going to be followed up with corporate and just let them know in case the manager Cassandra does not take action to fix this. Just a follow up as I did go with 4 others to purchase this and had this experience. We did have an estimate with Cool Ray and Home Depot to get a Mitsubishi air conditioning system installed with an estimate of $9500. After some deliberation will be cancelling the deal and finding somewhere else to do this business.

Not all, but many of the employees are completely uninformed and terrible at their job. Every time I go to this store I encounter an employee that has no idea what they are talking about. Its bad enough that they do not have an answer to a customers question, but to make matters worse, they make up answers that arent even plausible. I get better help from other customers. The last time I got help from the girl in the tool department, I could swear she was as high as a kite. Dont go here unless you know exactly what you want.

The best asset of this Home Depot are their employees. I live nearby and shop regularly. Their employees are helpful, friendly and seem to care about the customers and their job. For the most part they are well stocked. Like other Home Depots, sometimes small items are not in this proper place. More attention to continually organizing areas like nuts and bolts and plumbing pieces can easily earn them a 5 star rating. Kudos to employees here and managers who hire such professional employees.

The worst ever! I stopped shopping with this store and I live less than three minutes away. I drive pass there to shop at the Jonesboro Rd. Store or Lowes. I recently gave them another shot this pass week and they were consistent with the poor customer service. I spoke with the manager about it but all he could offer was unless apologies. Its convenient to have a store like this in your community but its an inconvenience when its just a building of non helpful people.

This place is the worst. The staff are under educated, they know even less of people skills. This store should be closed and rehire a new slate of workers that actually want to work, help customers, and benefit society. I would never have visited this store if the job location wasnt so close. By far the worst Home Depot in the state of Georgia.

Had a bad experience getting countertops from this Home Depot. Its very hard to get in touch with them via phone or email. I had to come into the store in order to get an update. The project ended up getting done 2 weeks after they promised, and the plumber had to come out twice because they got the order wrong.

The worst home depot Ive been to. Ive given this location several tries since it is convenient to where I live. It fails every time. Employees dont want to help and even give you attitude when you ask. Under trained..possible, but I think its more their mindset in general.

No customer service or employee help. Finally got one persons attention and he wanted to argue with me and then told me he had to go to break or he would be in trouble! $$$$$ spent in this store and the manager could only apologize. Old white women matter too.!!!
