My first impression is that they are very honest, kind and have great vehicles. But if things change so will my review. Update: I bought a Saturn Aura on 03/10/17 and my experience was great Brian was fantastic and nice. He didnt try to screw around or anything. I know I am paying alittle more then its worth but I know in the long run it will help me out with my credit. Because J.D. Byrider reports to the major credit bureaus. I will update after having the car for alittle bit. Update 6/15/17: After a little over 3 months the car I got is still working great no issues other then a flat tire which I have to say even though the front side/ sales side of the building is super kind and helpful. the back half/service is slow and "always busy" as in I had to wait 2 weeks for an oil change when I had told them that the car said 0% oil life and was reading that it needed a change. On top of that when I did finally get my car into service for said oil change, It took them 4 hours to get it done and they said it was because they ordered the parts from the AutoZone down the street. This was the first of many service issues. When I did get my flat it took them again 4 hours to take off my two rear tires and rotate them which btw they didnt tell me they did, all they told me was that my tires were directional and the rear was wrong which is how I got the car so service Fd that up before I even got the car, and It wouldnt have been a big deal had I had a spare in the trunk like I was promised. Which yes they did give me one no charge which I was very happy about. Either way one of my tire sensors broke at the valve stem because the stem snapped in half when I went to put air in the rear drivers side tire which my sensor at the time was saying my drivers side one was low but because they rotated them without telling me my drivers side was now my passengers side tire so I would have never broken the stem had they informed me about that. On top of that when I took my car to service most of the time the guys walked around talking, laughing and on there phones. so its no wonder they are so backed up. All in all the car runs great, Sales is amazing, but service leaves a lot to desire. And just because of there very poor service center I am bringing my rating down to a 3*

Sales guy asked if I mind if he smoked and before answering lit up (while getting my wife, 2yr old and 6month old) Were left waiting for close to two hrs. While running the paper work through the "bank". Then we look up and see the "bank" talking with other people who were there after us going over the same paper work after saying shed be right back. (Close to two hours.....not a word). We left and they called to see why we left. I talked to the apologetic mgr. Who said we did come in tomorrow at up a time and would have someone call in the morning to go over things. No one called but we went back anyway, waited another hour of nothing...no help only to have someone come out and say oh. We missed something we cant approve you till its taken care of. It was our car payment which already was. Also we live in annulled....reading is an hour away. Only went cuz the one close to us didnt have the car we were looking for. This was a very trashy dealer ship.

I had to see a reletive through this process. He had no credit and no wheels. No one would aprove him and I am not loaning him any more money. This is what it costs to build your credit. Do not think of it as a car dealer, THEY DO NOT DEAL! You need them more than they need you! Do yourself a favor and take the first step. After you go through this, and when the loan is paid off, only then can you go to the dealer of your choice and get the car you desire, BUT NOT BEFORE YOU SUCK IT UP! These folks actually hope you dont have to come back, but are able to help if you do. It is a humbling process, the cars arent "cheap", the payments are what you should expect for a car payment (get used to it), but as I said, this is not a car dealer, this is a credit rebuild! This process takes several hours, but rightfully so. They are loaning money to people who are on tight or poor managment budgets. They are however very personable and understanding.

My experience is still horrible after my car was totaled they put it on my credit report as a repossession. The first car they sold me shut off in a middle of a highway. I had a 7 year old girl in the back seat thank god shes okay. Then they told me get another car from us and wed be able to take it off your credit report so I agreed to do so this new car they sold me had work done to it but they didnt align the tires properly I had no knowledge of this at all. I was told Im not covered under warranty and Im no longer their customer because I moved to Florida. I also advise them that Im moving to Florida and they said I didnt. But whatever these people are liars and crooks I referred my brother here and they never even gave me my money for the referral. Id never go there ever again ! Im paying this car off as fast as I can to get rid of these people.

Where do. I begin the manager James left me in a hot room for 3 hours to fill out a 5 minute application and forgot I was even in there. As I walked to the sales floor to advised him. I was finished he hurried me away and told me to give him 3 minutes that turned into a whole hour I was contemplating on walking out. I was then greeted by a sales lead who finished the interview and apologize saying there busy I truly dont care about them being busy. She stated the manager would call me Friday. I do not look forward to that phone call . I would never step foot into this place of business again. If they treat their potienental employees this way I wonder how their customers are treated

If I could rate it zero I would! Do not ever go there no matter how bad you need a car. They overcharge you for cars that can only be compared to scrap metal!!! The warenty is a JOKE because in reality you send your car to the shop with one thing wrong and they send it back to you with 3 new issues and a bill for work that wasnt done. The sales people seem so open and eger to help when all they want is a payday for them. This place is nothing but con artists. Choosing them was the BIGGEST mistake I ever made and I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. It is sad what a rip off they are!
