Fraud, lies, scammers. Buyers beware. Bought a 2013 Fusion from these con artists, less than 30 days sync stops working, no audio, warnings nothing. 1cent fake smile salesmen that pawned the defective junker, Bob, looked at it for about 1 minute then claims itd be at least 150$ just to diagnose, when I asked if theres any known issues or recalls on sync the liar vehemently denied it. Few seconds of google: Ford sync no audio, massive hits and 12M02 recall/ext. Ford issued all dealers to diagnose fix and if need be completely replace the sync at no cost to the customer. Took a week of frustration and arguing with rude ignorant staff (that couldnt smile or be your better friend while trying to hawk defective junk) Ford HQ "update takes 30 minutes, tell them contact us if needed, all costs are covered" 2 days later the fraudulent scammers still never updated sync, went joyriding in the clunker claiming they were testing sync, total lie. Then committed fraud trying to charge me knowing Ford was compensating them. Had enough of Bob, Dana, and the rest of these criminals, turned my tags in, cancelled insurance, they can keep their defective non certified abused junk. Cant take the migraines and stress these pathetic excuse for dealers have caused me. Save yourself shop anywhere but a hertrich. I would not send someone I hated to that hellhole.

Mr. Dallas was a pleasure to deal with. Very respectful from beginning to end. Worked hard to ensure we got what we wanted and that we were ultimately happy with our purchase and experience. I would recommend Hertrich of Pocomoke. I feel like I was treated well and received a good deal on my new Ram. Please keep in mind that Dallas asked me to sit down and complete this survey (in the dealership) before taking delivery of my new truck. I was surprised by this. I thought it was a bit odd. This information is important to know for those of you that refer to google reviews prior to making a decision. If you are financing your vehicle be prepared for all of the extra "stuff" they try to pressure you into buying just before signing your final paperwork. i.e. Gap insurance, Guardian, etc. Overall, a good experience, but could do without a few of the typical dealership "moves".

Scam artists that will say anything to get your money in their pockets. I tried to get the trailer lights fixed on my new truck, because they were not functioning when I purchased the vehicle from them. The ECM has to be flashed by the dealership in order to activate the lights. They acted like they had no idea I was talking about, and wanted me to purchase the tow package for the truck, when all they have to do is a simple computer flash to get the lights working. This should have been done before when bought the car, and now they are trying to bleed my money away.

Had an offer for oil change special for $29.95 with free breakfast. Charged $38 and no breakfast. Had a 9 am appointment and still had to wait. I can get an oil change for less a lot closer to home and I will the next time. Had to remove the old oil change sticker myself- new one was placed partially on top of the old one. Other places have always removed the old sticker and vacuumed the floor.

If you plan on getting a car, I highly recommend Hertrich of Pocomoke. Dallas Rogers is by far THE best car salesman ever. Hes patient and will do whatever it takes to get you in a vehicle. I just purchased a car from them a day ago and he worked with me. Very nice gentleman. Everyone there is down to earth and make you feel good about purchasing a car from Hertrichs.

Horrible dealership. Refused to update a known Ford sync issue even after Ford confirmed it was covered by factory issue. Dont return calls, lied about fixing keyless entry and front tag bracket. Save yourself serious health issues, avoid, Ill never deal with these scammers again.
