Ive recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from Elite motors and the car is in good condition and the price was awesome however, the customer service was absolutely the worse buying experience Ive ever encountered. I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted and I already had financing, but the sales rep Brooke didnt seem to know anything about the car nor the trade-in process and she continued to give me unclear and uncertain answers. Once I finally got all the answers that I wanted I made the purchase in which I paid to have my plates from the trade-in transferred, but she told me that the lady that does the processing of that paperwork doesnt do same day transfers as she has just had a child and I was like, but I paid for the service already. ***UPDATE*** So, it became quite apparent that elite motors actually read their reviews and pay close attention to the bad ones, which prompted sales representative Johana to contact me. She inquired about what happened as she wasnt there when all of the chaos took place. She then informed the manager and he constantly apologized for the poor service and insisted that I be refunded for the tires that I had to buy for the car. I think that elite motors redeemed themselves which led to me updating my review.

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Accord at Elite Motors. I had the car thoroughly inspected by a mechanic friend of mine to make sure the car was in good condition. My wife and I have had it a month and love the car. We havent had any problems with the car. However, weve had a very difficult time with the employees. I was given wrong information regarding getting the title multiple times by JC. It caused me to not get the paperwork from Elite Motors until the 30th day on my temporary tags. I got the paperwork late in the afternoon so wasnt able to get to the DMV until after my tags expired. When I called about it I asked what they would do to make me (the customer) happy after a terrible customer experience due to their mistakes. Savvas (the owner) wouldnt listen to me. He continually interrupted me and spoke over me. He even ended the call saying he "doesnt have time for me" and hung up the phone. I spoke to JC, Savvas, and Emily regarding the situation, and all of them wanted to shift blame to others and nobody would address or fix the concern. Just a heads up that you can get a good car there (id have it looked over very closely) but once you have paid for the car, then they provide terrible customer experience and are very rude.

A yo, if you are looking for a used vehicle & you go ANYWHERE else, KILL YO-SELF!!! This was absolutely positivity the most hassle free, stress free, pain free car buying experience of my life! (43yrs old) i was dealing with some credit issues but they were still able to get me Very reasonable financing. I told my sales person Kareem if he was able to get my deal done he wound be salesman of the year! So congratulations to him because he did. We 1st spoke around 10am & by 3pm i could have picked up my S550!!!!! & Please understand, I HAD REAL CREDIT ISSUES. Kareem & Elite have a customer for life!! The WHOLE staff was extremely helpful & friendly. I have had more hassle ordering take-out than buying this car! I used to read reviews like this & i would be like... Mannnnnnnnnnnnnn they lying-like-a-mug! Well i guess the joke is on me because i lived it! I WISH I HAD MORE HANDS SO I COULD GIVE THEM MORE THUMBS UP!!!!!!! ANTDOOGG OUT......!!!!!!! #ELITE4LIFE

My name is Angela Mcfarland and i am in the Navy. I have been in for about two years and have had really bad expeinces buying cars, but after i came across Elite Motors i told them about my bad experince they helped me over come and buy a car as little as 2 weeks later and i bought a GMC Envoy i had no problems. They had even checked on my satisfaction of it every so offten and assured me if i ever needed any thing they will help. I had gotten into a pretty bad accident a while after at no fault of my own and as soon as i called them they said dont worry about it and got me into another car in less than a month. They always go the extra mile to help each customer and work with them. I now have a dodge neon and i am completely satisfied and confident that they will be there for me or anyone who comes here and they are willing to work with you in any situation. After having our previous vehicle die due to mishandling from mechanics,we needed a car rather quickly and were very nervous about the whole process. We knew finding another 4wd vehicle would not be easy.When we went to Elite Motors in Virginia Beach, we were allowed to browse,and were handed the Carfax report on the vehicle we chose to view before we even test drove it. Joe REALLY helped as well,not only by talking it up,but by sitting in the back with room for his considerable 67 frame to stretch out comfortably during our test drive. There was absolutely no pressure felt from any of the salespeople at this dealership but tons of information about the vehicle in general. And the value,We went to several dealerships looking for our perfect new car and not one of them could stand up to Elites prices(by several thousand!!!) and guarantees. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this dealership to friends.

We purchased our first vehicle from Elite Motors in 2007 and we have since purchased ten (soon to be eleven!) more for myself, my wife and two daughters and we have always found this company to be straight forward, honest and very easy to do business with. Over the years weve encountered typical maintenance issues and weve always found Savvas and his staff to be a great resource as they have helped me, my wife and each of my daughters to solve issues where they had no obligation or responsibility to do so and they have never asked for anything in return other than wanting each of us to be satisfied with our vehicles. Loved this place! Keith helped us out gave all the information that we asked for and went above and beyond. Yeah Im sure you have to be nice to everyone as a car salesman but you can just tell with him he is more than just nice to customers. He is genuinely a good person with an awesome story who wants to help people out. Hes like that cool uncle you see at family partys. we got an awesome car for an awesome price. Not once did he ever try to pressure or up sell anything, which I really appreciated. Before we signed we knew exactly what we were getting exactly how much and we had fun while doing it. Really loving our new car. Ask for Keith!!!! You will not regret it, my husband and I love that guy!(:

The team at Elite Motors did an amazing job when I purchased my vehicle this week. I got a prompt reply to my email to set up an appointment to test drive and despite arriving 30 minutes early, it was ready within 5 minutes. Afterwards, they worked with the financing and got a better APR than my own bank was willing to provide and did a great job of getting me out of there without undue waiting! I totaled my car in an accident over the weekend and I wasnt looking forward to shopping for a new car at all! Kareem made the buying experience something I actually enjoyed every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with throughout the short process. Stop reading this and call him already!
