We went to Romano looking for a new vehicle. Everything started out great with what appeared to be a helpful friendly sales person. We looked at 3 Jeep Grand Cherokees and decided on one that had everything we were looking for. Augie the finance manager was great. He worked to get us everything we wanted from our loan, interest rate, payment and down payment. We went in signed all the paperwork and drove away in our Jeep. Two days later Jonathan Wilkins our sales person called to tell us that we still owed $300 for our down payment. Instead of admitting he had made a mistake and taking responsibility for it he blamed us! He yelled at my wife and told her she should have paid more attention to the paperwork and known there was a mistake! We looked at the paperwork and paid what it said we owed when we were there but other paperwork said a different amount. The problem wasnt that we owed the money it was that he had blamed his mistake on us. This is absolutely wrong! We spoke to his manager Kevin OBrian and he was extremely helpful. He agreed it was Jonathans fault and took care of the situation for us. I would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from Romano but not from Jonathan. He obviously only cares about selling the car and getting his commission because after the sale he becomes extremely unprofessional who cant take responsibility for his mistakes!

My purchase experience with Romano Chrysler Jeep was nothing short of wonderful! I leased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Troy McKnight - he was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process, from the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I drove off in my new vehicle! He listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and test drove with me until we found the right car for me, answering questions and explaining features. Once we sat down to talk numbers, his patience carried on as we worked a deal. General Manager Kevin OBrien was also a huge help in working with my trade to seal the deal. He was very pleasant to deal with, as was Augie Casillo, the F&I manager. On delivery day, Troy took his time to carefully go over all the paperwork with me before taking me out to my new car! Going from a 2008 to a 2015 was a huge leap, and he took his time to explain all the new bells and whistles, even pairing my phone and helping me set up many of the new features of the vehicle. Hands-down, this has to be the best and easiest car-buying experience I have EVER had. You owe it to yourself to visit the team at Romano Chrysler Jeep!

I had been going back and forth between a few different dealerships and had absolutely no sway in either direction. I was simply going by who was going to be able to present the best offer price-wise. However, upon visiting Romano Chrysler Jeep in Fayetteville, even after speaking to two salesmen previously, I started working with Josh Grass, and he was phenomenal. Not only did he flat-out tell me that he would beat or match whatever price offers I was given elsewhere, but his salesmanship was top notch in comparison. He gave me his opinion on what he would not only buy for himself, but also want his sister to buy, but he also listened to what my needs and wants were when it came to the vehicle I was looking for. Working with him, I felt like I was dealing with a good friend and not a salesman, so I would highly recommend working with Josh at Romano, because youll get someone who really listens and cares about his service. I am beyond happy with my purchase and will certainly not hesitate to go back when the time comes. Overall, a great experience.

Like most people, I can experience some stress when making a major purchase (like a car). The people at Romano Chrysler Jeep, especially my sales rep Josh, made all that go away. At this Romano dealership, you can count on being treated well. And its genuine. I can spot a phony a mile off and these people are the real deal. I located a used Subaru Outback that had everything I wanted on the Internet. It was at the Romano dealership - more than 160 miles from my home. But after an initial conversation with Mycale, their Internet contact person, I decided to make the drive. Im glad I did. My sales rep Josh took care of me and a week later, I was headed home in my nice shiny as-good-as-new Silica Black Outback. The price was how you say, competitive? ... and the atmosphere down home and friendly. And they replaced two of the tires (I didnt ask) because they were a "bit used". Awesome. If and when I need some more wheels, I WILL make the drive again. Its nice when one finds really nice people using the Golden Rule as it was intended. Five stars, definitely.

Laurie Hence provided...an honest, comfortable, knowledgeable, friendly (not pushy), patient, and professional buying experience. I had been to all of the other Jeep dealers in the area only to discover I should have started and ended at Romano. Laurie was truly interested in what "I wanted" to purchase, not what the dealership wanted me to buy. She was completely honest about each vehicle I considered...giving me the +s and -s for my particular situation. Her follow up to my initial visit was friendly...not pushy. When I finally made my decision, the best possible deals were found for me. Augie was fabulous and quite enjoyable on the financing end. All the paper work and usual running around was totally handled by Laurie and my new ride was ready for pickup the very next day. On a side note...all the staff seemed extremely friendly and a family like atmosphere. The gentleman who was washing my jeep while I was deciding between that one and another vehicle was very engaging! I will definitely buy again from Romano and recommend them often.

I always wanted to have a jeep, and Josh made it all happen for me! I bought my 2014 Jeep Compass 6 months ago, and I have never felt more satisfied with a vehicle and dealership. Josh is awesome! He was attentive, patient, organized, and knowledgeable. Hes very professional, yet personable, and friendly. He worked with me for about 2 weeks, and made me feel comfortable, and confident that I was in good hands. He went above and beyond to give me a great deal. Plus, he even made a house visit so I could test drive the compass! Auggie and Ron were also very helpful, and I had a great experience working with them. I really liked seeing how well the team at Romano work together. I continue to have a great experience with Romano. Within the last 6 months, I have gone back in for an oil change, and the service team is efficient and pleasant. Also, Josh is still always available if I have questions about my car. He continues to offer amazing customer service, and is reliable. I LOVE my jeep! I am definitely satisfied and would recommend Romano!

This review is directed at the Service Department at Romano in Fayetteville. I went in for service on my jeep, and walked away with the diagnosis (cost me $110 for an incorrect diagnosis) that my transmission had an issue, they quoted me $6,000 for a new transmission. That being said, I gave Terrys Transmission in North Syracuse a call because I was skeptical that anything was wrong with my transmission. Terrys happily towed my car from Romano to their shop and diagnosed the real problem (For FREE). It turns out nothing was wrong with my transmission at all. And I walked away with a fixed car and not in debt. The incompetence of the service department at Romano Chrysler and Jeep in Fayetteville is shocking. Jumping immediately to the conclusion that my transmission is the problem is clearly the work of an improperly trained mechanic. Sincerely, A last time customer
