My whole family has been going here since 2006. We have had quite the collection of old junky cars...so we have been in an out of that shop quite a bit at times...but somehow they always seem to find economical ways to keep them running for us! We purchased 2 vehicles...1 of which had a couple of small issues that they took care of for free. Both those cars were great. The one I bought was a 1997 Ford, which basically got me through college...and it hardly needed any work in the 5 years that I had it. They are a bit out of the way for me..so in the past I have taken my car to a couple other shops on occasion...and what has happened is I ended up paying WAY more then what I would have at Heritage or they dont fix it right and I end up taking my car to Heritage anyway, lol. I recently got into a major auto accident with my NEW car...it needed about 9000$ in work done, and since I have a great deal of trust that Heritage will do good work at fair and honest prices, I took it to Heritage to get rebuilt. It was an incredibly easy experience....In fact they were able to save me alot of money..so much so that I did not have to pay my deductible, and they were even able to issue me a small refund. We have frequently opted to use the discounted parts that they get from their suppliers..many have warranties..and we have never had any issues with them. I also had a new engine put in one of my cars at about half the cost I was quoted elsewhere..and I did not have any problems with that. Give em a try. They have really been quite helpful to my family over the years! And very nice people too!

Heritage is the best!!! Their customer service, friendliness, attention to detail, timeliness, and dedication to safety are outstanding, and cannot be beat by any other place in Berks County and the surrounding area. Their prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, I know that I can trust them. As someone who does not know much about cars, I know that Heritage has integrity. When I have left other garages/service places, I always have that question in my mind as to the quality of the work, but there never has been any doubt with Heritages.
