Bob Fisher was recommended to me by my fiances family who convinced me to get a Chevy. I went on a Saturday which are definitely busier but Yogy and everyone else who we spoke with were very friendly and even allowed my dog into the dealership, patient with listening to what we wanted and allowed us to test drive both a Trax and Equionx. Once we decided on a 2017 Trax, Yogy told us he could give us an extra rebate on the car if we could wait until the rebate went live later that week. We had no rush so we gave a deposit for Bob Fisher to hold our car until we picked it up in 2 weeks. By the next week I had several problems arise that caused me to not have a drive-able car and I really wanted to pick up my car early - but saw a 2016 Trax on their website that was not available during my last visit for about $1,100 less than the 2017 that I was hoping to get instead. I called and another salesperson, Jeanette, answered the phone and even said she remembered us from our previous visit. She completed the switch and had the car parked out front before I even arrived at Bob Fisher. The dealership was busy (if you dont want this I would recommend coming on a weekday) and I did have to sit in the waiting room, but I still felt like I was being taken care of while she ran numbers for me. Being a new car buyer, I was afraid a dealership would try to offer me a longer loan to buy a more expensive car or add on extras, but after asking for the 60 month loan I wanted and to remove the extended warranty each purchase, the salesperson just expressed what that benefited, I said I still didnt want it, and without any push-back they would give run the new monthly payment for me. I drive an hour from Philadelphia to come here, I wish I was closer to take advantage of the free car washes but it was worth it. They have called me a few times to make sure everything is going good with the car, remember their customers, and take a lot of time to make sure their buyers are happy.

DO NOT GO HERE, for service they will take advantage of you. Have never had a WORSE experience than I did Bob Fisher chevy. Choose any other local service center. Had my truck towed in for stalling out and a weird light flickering in my climate control lights. I specifically told them before they do anything I want to know ho much. I got a call back and was told the stalling issue was covered by warranty and they will fix it. The console issue would require it to be taken apart and could cost $180 in labor alone and they may not even be able to fix it, I declined it. Figuring I was being a good customer and giving them some business I asked they still give me an oil change and replace wiper blades. When I got the bill there was $100 diagnostic charge for the console flickering issue. The only disnosis Scott the "manager" gave me was that I would need to pay a few hundred dollars to MAYBE fix it and I declined. You could tell they do this kind of thing to customers all the time because Scott the "service manager" got defensive very fast. He knew they throw in these fees without the customers knowledge and take advantage of people. A real manager would be up front and let the customer know about the charges and not be a sneaky weasel when I specifically asked not to do anything without telling me first. Business must be tough at Bob Fisher chevy if you need to nickle and dime customers and add in fees for doing nothing in order to make money. The manager couldnt even justify the charge and stayed stuttering and hiding behind his desk and phone like a coward. Luckily I am the manage Of a 5,000 member business in the area and I CANT wait to tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague. So many other options and real repair shops who will treat you with respect and be honest.

I was a customer of Bob Fisher for years. Now I wish I had never gone there. I kept going back, thinking "Everybody raves about them. Im sure they just made a mistake." I did this mistake after mistake until I finally realized how foolish I had been. For the record - since a very important person in their service department threatened me if I "slandered" Bob Fisher - these are my experiences and not yours. Your results may vary, but I suggest you keep away. First, their service people seemed incompetent. When I took the car in saying the fuel pump was going bad, they told me it wasnt and sent me home. Two miles from their shop the fuel pump blew. Not only did they not offer to compensate me in any way, but they never acknowledged they made a mistake. Next, my AC kept freezing up so in the middle of summer water was sloshing around on the floor of my car. They fixed it in the summer of 2014. They fixed it *again* in the summer of 2015. Why wasnt it done right the first time? Beats me. Also, as expected, no admitting they might have made an error. One year ago I took the car in for an oil change. The service department let me drive my car off the lot, but they hadnt put the plug back in the car, so all the oil blew out while I was driving. I know for a fact that my car was damaged, but a very important person in their service told me he was an expert and would testify in court that the car wasnt damaged. I told him it never sounded like it was about to explode before this, but now makes a terrible sound when I start it up. He smiled at me - a nasty smile - and told me "you cant prove it has anything to do with the oil change." No admission of guilt, and a denial of reality. Do not go to Bob Fisher! I wish I could give them less than one star!

Avoid these people like the plague. This is absolutely the worst dealership (NOT worst Chevy, worst period) I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have a 2009 Colorado that has reoccurring problem. My truck has been towed to this dealer 6 times. It has sat on their lot for nearly 4 total months in 2014. They have replaced the same part twice, involved GM engineering, claimed to have looked at it time and time again. The service manager, Andy, doesnt return phone calls. Not a single call returned. The service adviser, Scott, is unbelievably rude and unwilling to escalate problems to his superiors. The customer relations manager, Laura Adams, claimed we had a conversation on the phone that never happened. I never once spoke with her, yet she claimed she gave me explicit instructions on how to go about diagnosing my truck problems. After arguing with her for 15 minutes that this conversation never happened, she finally conceded that the things she remembered were from a voicemail (that went unreturned) that I left her several weeks prior. The only positive thing I can say is they did fix a dent on my truck that they thought was done on their property, but it wasnt. That was an awesome thing to do. I wish the pain of the last year of begging them to fix my truck was somehow lessened by that single cool deed. I have never been made to feel so helpless and angry at the same time. I will NEVER buy a GM vehicle simply because I would need to rely on this dealership for repairs. If you must buy a Chevy, buy from someone else. These people dont deserve your money. WORST EVER.
