At first it seems like a very nice place and atmosphere. The salesmen are nice and they do try to help you find what your looking for. We ended up buying a car from them and it had a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty, meaning for 30 days if anything is wrong they would replace or fix the problem. When we bought the car it had some small problems with the interior, the glove box would fall out of place when you opened it and some other just small annoyances. They said had ordered the part and they would call us tomorrow about when to put it in. A week went by and we never received a call. After driving the car for another week and being an automotive technician i noticed some problems with the car that could lead to more serious problems. I told the Harland Motors and we set up a date to bring it in. Then a few days before I had to bring it in they said they had to cancel all appointments and set up another one. This was frustrating but could be understood. After I brought it in and they checked what was wrong they said they needed to order the parts and it would be ready the next day, but i needed the car so i set up another date to bring it in. One thing I had them check was why my temperature gauge was moving around constantly and I mentioned it had low coolant. Their mechanic said it needed a new temp sensor which would make sense, and when I popped the hood they didnt even add a drop of coolant. From my experience I know that the first thing you check, on a problem with a temperature issue, is the coolant. This was already enough to show me how incompetent their mechanics are. I brought my car in again to have the things they checked and said they ordered parts for replaced. We dropped it off overnight and we were expecting a call the next day. Around 3 or 4 we had not received a call and we decided to call them. They told us that they did not get the parts in yet, including the glove box. So after a total of a month and a half waiting for a glove box and 2 weeks of waiting for other parts that are not hard to find, either online or from the car manufacturer, I had gotten one problem i could see fixed and they did add coolant after my second time there for warranty work. When i picked up the car the second time i popped the hood to see if they added coolant and was surpised to see they did, then i noticed my oil dipstick was broken. I had not touched it but once, and I had been under the hood 2 days before i brought it in and I know it wasnt broken then. I went back in to tell them and the receptionist said the mechanics didnt touch it but they would order a new one. Overall after this whole experience I have gotten two problems out of about 12 now fixed, Ive missed time from work and school because of them, and they have lied to me on multiple occasions. If you are in the market for used cars stay far away from this place. They will overcharge you can treat you like a piece of crap.

I kept my eye on a car at this dealership -- noticing it had been there for over a year -- and went in for a test drive. No price was given at that time because the dealership owner wasnt present. I received a follow-up phone call a few days later giving a reasonable (starting) price for the car. I didnt pursue a purchase at that time. Six weeks later, noticing the car was still there, I returned and asked for a price. The owner appeared and told me the car was $2,000 more than the price I was previously quoted. I explained that I was previously quoted a price 2k less. He, rudely, said "bye-bye" and disappeared. Obviously, I left. Im not an expert in the used car business, but I do understand that the general idea is the longer a car sits on the lot, the more money the dealership stands to lose. Based on the owners attitude alone, I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I dont think his mother loved him.

This man Is a shister he gets over on people if you do not know anything about cars. He sold us a vehicle with a faulty engine and says theres nothing he can do about it. My kids were in the car when the engine blew up in flames luckily the fire company put it out in time. If your looking for a vehicle in poor condition its the place to go if you want one in excellent condition its not the place to buy a vehicle from. He doesnt care what he does to people he just wants to get over and you and everybody else he could give a rats rump about anything but his pockets. Its ok thats what lawyers are for If I could rate this I would actually give it no stars because the man is as low as dirt.

Worse company do do business with, very unprofessional. Repoed my car because I took to them with an engine issue after only having it 4 weeks. This is not a joke. The owner thinks he owns you once you do business with him, he freely use his power to turn off your vechile while you could be away if you speak to him in a manor he doesnt like. Wouldnt even refer my worse enemy or a terroritst. Please go do business elsewhere, I promise your experience wont be good. Junk cars for high price, its not about the look, they hide the issues well If I could give them zero stars I would.

Worst dealership ever, the owner was totally disrespectful. He wanted to sell me an overpriced beat up car and I told him nicely that I wasnt interseted (trying to be polite) and thats when he loses it and gets mad at me, started saying racial stuff to me and saying I dont have any money. So I told him to calm down because he was going too far and was getting me mad, I left cause I didnt want to lose my temper and punch him in the face. end story...DONT GO THERE

The worst! If u work construction or have kids dont buy here. I do construction, brought the car in for warrantied work, they became very ignorant, disrespectful and loud with me. Told me it was their car and if I dont keep it clean they will take it back and are having me come in weekly for inspections to make sure its kept clean. They must not understand working 70 hours a week leaves little time to clean a car of dirt. Very despicable attitudes.
