Please save yourself the headache and dont go here, and dont fall for the reviews on FB; theyre mostly left by the employees & friends. I purchased a car here, because they were willing to work with my terrible pay rate at work, granted I had a co-signer who worked full time. So after an hour drive to the lot, multiple hours waiting around for them to finally say that, we went home and ventured back about a week later with the co-signer. The staff knew we were in a rush and didnt take the car to "be inspected" until 20 minutes into us showing up to pick up the car, and then we waited at least an hour, hour and a half for them to come back with the car. It started storming before we left, and on the ride home we discovered that the windshield wipers didnt work. We also found multiple issues with the car on the ride home, which werent covered by their warranty and partially our fault for not checking the car more thoroughly before leaving the lot - but again, they knew we were pressed for time and therefore, we didnt have time to look at the car. Upon returning home, we took the car to our local mechanic who gave us a run down of all the issues he found... so back to Smyrna it was to have the car repaired. One of the issues was with the power steering pump & pressure hose. The dealership claimed to fix the problem, and a few months later, my power steering went out completely - back to my mechanic, who told me the dealership never repaired or replaced the part, it was still the old leaky one that was giving me trouble since day one. He said it looked like they just messed around with the hose, to get out of fixing it under warranty. Also had issues getting my effing tags taken care of - the dealership was paid to get them to me from DMV. As my temp tag expired, we called Auto Stars, who never sent DMV the paperwork for me to get an actual license plate. So I was sent an extended temp tag from Auto Stars while we waited for them to get their act together and figure out how to submit paperwork to DMV - they made it sound like theyd never done it before! Its worth noting that there is no sense of professionalism amongst the staff - theyll interrupt your time, argue with each other, talk about anything other than the car. I knew it was sketchy going in, but I needed a car, and the issue with the power steering royally pissed me off. The car wasnt worth what we paid at all, but oh well. All i can do now is warn other people to go elsewhere.

Hi my name is Tanya and I purchased 2009 Mercedes-Benz. It was great that he got me a call on above from the first day I signed the deal . They appear to be very nice people. But after signing on the dotted line and take in the car so many different things were wrong with the car lights werent working Ty is having problems the front side I have problems. Right now my air conditioner is not working or my radio and also the same light that I asked him to fix on the trunk of the car . So basically they sell you a car without inspecting the car so whatever you sign for thats what you get. And then after your out so you can bring the car back for a little price to fix it and repair it. No one wants to buy a brand-new car or used car that immediately needs service. I feel that I was treated very unfairly its summertime outside no air conditioning in my car is supposed to be a Mercedes-Benz. Yes they do get a good looking cars whats going on on the inside of those cars people have to continuously keep coming back for you to call us back is so unfair to the public. Basically theyre making money off people left and right knowing that the cost is not good Ive seen several people come in and out needing repairs on the car after they purchase it from him. I am really considering reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

Just recently bought my first used vehicle from AutoStar . As really my first cash purchase, I was definitely a little nervous. However the staff here was outstanding and really helped me out in a big way. No pressure at all unlike other dealerships I had visited. it has been as great as I could have hoped for. John was outstanding and really helped answer a ton of questions I had and the owner worked around the cash I had and there cars already discounted . I really appreciate them helping me out and I have no doubt in my mind I got the best price they could offer. They chose to add few things to the car after they were able to offer me a MUCH better deal than I though than through . All around the staff extremely professional, and I will definitely be bringing them more customers in next time I am in the area.

Beware of this dealership. I bought a car from them near the end of the summer and the salesman sweet talked me and told me there was no issues with the car except for a back tire needed to be replaced which he never seemed able to get to...but about 1 week later I notice the AC is not blowing cold air and yea that was my fault for not checking it immediately especially during the summer. I went to the dealership to advise him of the issue and he tells me this "the summer is almost over you dont need ac". Listen if you need a car from any dealership I dont care who it is please have your mechanic check it out and ask if that is an option with the dealership. Also record your salesman as a precaution and let them know you are doing it because you have been taking advantage of in the past.

I Bought my first car a 2007 kia rondo from here ....it was a very pleasant experience i had never financed a car before or even owned a car before they were very helpful and explained everything to me they also worked with me on my down payment john the owner is a very nice and understanding person ...the dealership is a family oriented atmosphere and great customer service i give this place five stars and i would recommend them to friends and family

We bought a chevy truck from them and they were very honest people about everything. We paid cash so we got the truck for a couple thousand cheaper !! Even though we bought the truck and there wasnt a warranty it was sold as is the owner said he would order the part and fix it for free!! And he did its been a couple months and we have a great truck!
