I had an appointment booked for 4:20PM PST. I waited about 10 minutes for my initial exam to start. After the initial exams I continued to wait and wait until almost 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. During this time, another customer came in and demanded to see the doctor right away for a non emergency. The doctor came up to me and said you are next in line but this patient needs to be somewhere so can he go before you? I told the doctor that I also needed to be somewhere, that I had a scheduled appointment, and that it was scheduled for almost an hour ago. The doctor still took the other patient before me. I waited another 15 minutes and then finally had my appointment. The doctor was apologetic and said that the previous patient was a CEO and needed to be somewhere as if that was supposed to make me feel better. I will not shop here or at any other lenscrafters again. This office made me feel like a second class citizen and has no regard for my time. There is no reason why a loud, disruptive person without an appointment should be seen before a person who has patiently been waiting for almost an hour. On top of that, I should not have been told that the patient was more important than me because of his job description.

My visit was on 11/14/16. Overall, very pleasant experience. The front desk staff member was personable and professional. Dr. Chang was friendly, meticulous, and knowledgeable! She did a very thorough job with my eye exam and was able to answer my various questions related to my eye health to my satisfaction. I had gone to the Newport Beach location almost a year ago and decided to give a try the Irvine Spectrum location since it was much closer to my apartment. Glad that I did. I thought that their prices seemed fair; nothing out of "OC ordinary." Even though my insurance was out of network (VSP), my out-of-pocket payment was reasonable. Definitely would come back again.

I went there over my lunch break for an eye exam and new glasses. I figured I would come get my glasses after work when they were finished. The lab tech heard I was trying to make it back to work quickly, and he had them out for me in 20 minutes.

Terrible customer service. My wife bought me a gift certificate for my birthday that I misplaced. I brought in the receipt and they would not accept! Told me Im out 400.00! Nor acceptable! Dont buy a gift certificate EVER from Lenscrafters!

We tried to get their "about" 1 hour lenses and 2 hours later we get told that the lenses they made are "off power" but they dont have the time to make new ones and we would have to come back the next day. YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!!

Sales do not honor posted prices. They stated this store did not have the special posted online. This special was shown in their own post online. Waisted my time. Poor way to conduct business.
