I do not suggest that anyone ever get a car from D & C auto. They are the nicest people in the world until you sign on the dotted line and then they talk to you any kind of way, they are really rude especially the owner. If you do ever get a car from ther please make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!! I can not stress that enough they will change their word on something a thousand times and they will tell you one thing and switch the story to suit themselves. Do not ever take your vehicle there for service because they just give you a price but they do not even let you see the work order and how much the parts are I have never had that happen before. Their cars look nice while sitting on the lot, but trust me make sure you take a mechanic with you because they will sell you a piece of junk and if you complain about anything not working after you have signed that paper they pretty much have an attitude like oh well, your problem not ours. I have seen them be rude to customers (including myself) paying customers at that just take my advice NEVER NEVER NEVER GET A CAR FROM D&C AUTO THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only do they NOT honor their agreements, but they steal money from a single mother. They repossessed a vehicle when the payments were ALL made and on time. Then, they steal cash from the purse hidden under the seat AFTER they were called & told that the purse with the cash was there. And to add insult to injury, when confronted about the theft of the money, the owner Don not only denied it, but berated a single mom of 5 IN FRONT OF HER CHILDREN. This man is a CROOK and his business is a sham!!! BEWARE! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We got a mini van from them this year. It was a complete lemon. I spent more in repairs than I did actually paying for the van. They refused to work with us on it. We finally decided to try to trade it in and they wanted to charge us more than we actually owed for pay off. Dont trust these people!! They came and repossessed it today which is fine with me. The sad part is that there is still much more wrong with it. Id be willing to bet itll be back on the lot for sale by the end of the week with no more repairs done to it.

DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!! The owner was VERY IGNORANT to me and my family after I made the buy. If I wasnt the REAL MAN that i am, I would have been incarcerated for putting him in his place (a sling). But yeah they will sham you every chance they get and REALLY DONT CARE how bad they treat you (once they get your money). I took the D&C emblem off the back of my car before I put the plates on it !

Take warning to this review and the ones like it because you are throwing your money away doing business with this second rate junk yard , i cant even call it a dealer, taking my business elsewhere . They will smile at you when you have cash in your hand , until you sign at the dotted line then , YOUR NOTHING to D&C , DO NOT WaStE your MONEY at D&C Auto!!!

Terrible company to deal with ... the owners wife is completely rude and has no idea what customer service is about... once they have your money is really F**K you... and they will not work with you at all.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... i love my car but my husbands was a lemon the only reason the one star is up is because i couldnt post without it but i give it a BIG NEGATIVE 10

I bought my car there more than a year ago and my car is still running good, clean inside and out, and really didnt have no problems with my car. If you take care of your car like your supposed to ppl wouldnt have so much problems . Don can be an ass but pretty easy to deal with.
