Hall Nissan of Virginia Beach has horrendous warranty service and intentionally miss diagnosed our vehicle’s safety problem. We brought our 2015 Nissan NV200 to have it checked for loud road noise. Our vehicle is still under warranty with only just 16k miles. The first thing that was checked were the tires which are cupping. The answer from the service team was to replace all four tires. Nothing was mentioned about bad struts, which is what most honest technicians check during a full diagnostic. It didn’t make sense to just replace all tires as recommended because something else is causing the cupping in the tires. So, we paid Virginia Beach Firestone’s service team to perform an independent investigation into the loud road noise. Investigation revealed that rear struts are blown out and front wheel bearing is worn and grinding. When we called Hall Nissan Service Team again to ask them if they would hear our findings from Firestone and safety concerns about the struts and wheel bearing, the gentleman on the line refused to hear our concern saying it was not based on a Nissan dealership’s investigation so it was not reliable. It was the service teams last and redeeming chance to fix it, to hear our customer’s safety concerns and investigate it. Service team refused to hear our concerns because it was not from a Nissan certified diagnosis. If we had just blindly followed the advice of the Hall Nissan service team to replace all four tires which was $781, the noise will temporarily go away for another 15k miles, and it would show signs of cupping again, only for us to return one year later to replace the tires again for another $781. By then, our vehicle would no longer be within the warranty period. It seems that Hall Nissan is all about making a profit from selling new tires because tires are under wear and tear and not covered in Nissan’s Warranty. Team Hall Nissan have room for improvement in customer service and integrity in diagnosing problems.

First and foremost, I am hard of hearing and I am also picky. The past few vehicles Ive purchased from different dealerships I felt like I was taken advantage of. I asked my friends for someone who I can rely on. They told me to see Nikki Midkiff from Hall Nissan. I told her my concerns and my experiences in the past. This time I was looking for a "dadmobile" and I prefer a Grand Cherokee that I can rely on. For two weeks she found me the right one I was looking for. I fell in love with it the moment I took it out for a test drive. I decided to buy the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While I was going through with the salesman... she was around to make sure I understand everything completely and I did. She knew some sign languages which I thought was cool! She checked back with me recently after I bought last August and I told her everything is perfect still. Not a day goes by that I regret having the experiences I had with her and Hall dealership. If youre in the market looking for a perfect vehicle... shes the one you should go to! Thank you Nikki and Hall!!

Had an outstanding experience in buying a vehicle. There was no stress involved in the process at all. My Sales Consultant Laureen Barnes was extremely helpful through the entire process. She did an amazing job at listening to my families needs and worked very hard to make sure we bought the right vehicle for our price range and took a lot of time with us as we decided. Very different experience in comparison to other dealerships where you feel pressured in to buying something that doesnt fit your needs. The finance manager Chris Meyer was also extremely diligent in making sure the financing was where I needed it to be. Chris was understanding to my families needs as well as we have a very strict budget. If the deal wasnt right he was back on the phone with the banks negotiating the financing until we got the price and rate where it needed to be. I cant say enough about my experience at Hall Automotive and I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I purchased my vehicle in 2/17. It was a pre-owned vehicle. And didnt have to haggle with anyone over the price, I only wished they would have given me a little more off the sticker price being AD military. I did have issues with my car leaking oil within the first days of me owning the car. However, the dealership was quick to respond and provided me a free rental. They filled up my tank for me more than once. And, I never asked for it. There was a minor cosmetic issue with my car and although it took a couple months to get it taken care of, the dealership did a great job and were very quick. The lounge is great, free WiFi. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If I had to buy another vehicle I would probably start here 1st. My sales person was Jeff Malone. He was an all-star helping me out. Constantly kept in touch with me and even picked me up from carmax where I had sold my previous car to. Thanks Jeff and HALL Nissan VB.

My wife and I have to say our car buying experience from Halls Nissan has been the best thanks to our Amazing sales associate Anthony Brewer. He greeted us with the up most professionalism and with me being military and him retired military we both understood the value of professionalism. My wife was very unsure of what she wanted but Mr. Brewer steered us in the right direction and gave us peace of mind especially when it came to the financial aspect of it. He also made us feel like family and not just another customer. Mr. Brewer was very honest and up front. We even received follow up calls to make sure everything was going great. My wife and I was Extremely satisfied with the service provided and will Highly recommend Mr. Brewer and Halls Nissan to our friends and family. Its my honor to serve our country and it was definitely my honor to work with Halls Nissan and Mr. Brewer to get my wife a new car.

Have had excellent experiences until my last one with turning in a lease and getting a new one... absolutely a disaster... new car on delivery was scratched (still is) had a factory engine problem causing the car to be in shop for a week after only having it a few days. The initial evaluation of car the service department told me it was a toy, but it was an engine mount! (Doesnt give me much faith in the mechanics). Then the lease was never grounded and plates never turned in and I am still fighting with Nissan 2 months later to remove old lease from my name and credit report! Of course hall Nissan cant help when they were the ones that told Me when I turned in my car that the plates would be turned in and lease would be grounded.... wont be doing this again... thanks hall Nissan for killing my faith in Nissan after being a Nissan customer over 10 years with 4 different cars!

I just bought a 2012 Honda Accord with the help of Charles McCord! He was wonderful to work with in purchasing this car! He was the right amount of staying in touch and sending me links to cars I may be interested in purchasing based on my criteria but not too pushy when it came to getting the sale! He was honest about the cars he showed me and worked to get the best deal possible for me! If you are interested in buying a pre-owned car contact Charles or "Chili" as he is called and he will assist you in leaving satisfied. Paul in the finance department was also wonderful helping me to get the paperwork out and signed as quickly as he could when another finance officer was taking a long time! Think you Hall Nissan! This is the second car I have purchased from your dealership and I hope I am as happy with this one as the last one purchased in 2000 that I still have!!!
