I have no clue how anyone else could give this place anything over a 1 star rating. I went there in hopes of trading in my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid for a 2006 Honda Odyssey. They test drove my Hybrid and claimed they didnt want to buy it b/c the trans was going bad which was strange since I never noticed anything wrong with it and Honda didnt either when they replaced the Hybrid battery and a tune up in February this year and the individual that bought it from me also didnt seem to think there were any issues when he drove it too! But yet in turn this place sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission!!! The check engine light was on during test drive but their shady mechanic reset it so it would go away and assured me it was nothing wrong with the van it had just been sitting but that wasnt the case and they knew that. The salesman even told me I wouldnt find a deal as good as this one on this van, he was right about that but ONLY because it needed a new transmission. I know when you buy a used vehicle from anywhere, you take risks of buying a vehicle with issues. This dealer marked that van down to such a good price b/c they couldnt sell if they hadnt done so b/c of the work it needed. I am a single mother who needed a reliable vehicle and expected them to provide due diligence to their clients and not sell them a vehicle like this without telling them it needed a trans but apparently that was too much to ask for! Due diligence only comes from those who actually have morals and they clearly do not. That salesman even told me after all of the paperwork was signed that if I ever needed any repairs that they would beat any shops price by half....... even if they offered to do the work for free I wouldnt ever consider using them because they shouldnt have disclosed mechanical issues to begin with considering they were major issues and not little minor ones. I wouldnt refer someone I hated to that place, they are truly unethical and have malicious business tactics. HORRIBLE BUSINESS and I will certainly be filing a complaint with the SCC, BBB and the VA Motor Vehicle Dealer Board..... not that they will care but I want the world to know how sorry they really are.

Me and my husband gave them a deposit of $200 and decided two days later we didnt want the car. Because they were fussing And fighting with the employees while we was there. So we deciding we didnt want to deal with that drama.so we went back 2 days later to let them know we didnt want the car and they didnt want to give us our money back. The receipt didnt state non refunable. ..IThey were rude and disrespectful.

Vince work with us. No Bs or gimmicks. I went to about 12 auto dealers. Before we found this place. All were trying to put me in what they want me to have. And not what I asked for. Vince made it happen. Excellent running vehicle at a great price. Ill be buying my next car from them.

It took some haggling but I got a very nice Yukon XL for a reasonable price
