THIS REVIEW IS FOR EXPRESS AUTO CREDIT, YOU GUYS SHOULD REALLY READ THESE REVIEWS, EVERYONE IVE READ ARE AWFUL, NO ONE HAS HAD ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.... YOU SHOULD REALLY CHANGE A LOT OF THINGS AND HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS AND THE WAY YOU TALK TO OR TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.. JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE HAVE CREDIT ISSUES DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TALK DOWN TO US... EVERYONE HAS A STORY AND FOR ME.. I COSIGNED FOR SOMEONE THAT MESSED ME UP, SOMETHING ILL NEVER DO AGAIN...THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT NOTATIONS FOR YOU TO READ AND LAUGH ABOUT, THESE ARE SERIOUS ISSUES YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE WITH YOU AND YOUR COMPANY I WAS SERIOUSLY THINKING OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM YOU, BUT IF YOU PUSH A BUTTON TO TURN MY CAR OFF WHEN MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, AND THEN TRY CHARGING ME AND TALK CRAZY TO ME FOR A MISTAKE "YOU" MADE, I WOULD BE PRETTY ANGRY.. We have had our car for not even 2 months and our battery died. After having to fight with them that a battery does not go bad within 2 months of driving it they FINALLY gave us a new battery however Ralph the man who fixes the car was very RUDE and NOT HAPPY to have to give us a free battery. Well the VERY next day we were driving and our car started to over heat and smoke, we lost all control of the steering. It seems very strange that a day after getting it fixed with a man who was not happy with having to fix it for free our car decides to over heat and who knows what else is wrong with it. We cannot even pop the hood open because when he put the new battery in he never fixed the latch to open the hood back up. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The sales people are nice to get you to buy a car but then they dont want to help you at all! I was going to get our second car from here but now I would never EVER buy a car from here....Be AWARE!

Bought an Explorer from them a couple of months ago. Was in a bind and needed a vehicle. Angelo was a very good person to work with and they worked with me on my down payment even through my own mishap. Would definitely recommend these people for people who need a vehicle. One small downfall though and maybe it was just me. I felt a little pressured to sign the paperwork for more of a price than I wanted to pay but like I said, maybe thats just me. After all, it is a buy here, pay here dealership with around a 2 year loan contract. Other than that, excellent place. Had no issues with truck at all yet.

This place advertises assistance to those who have made mistakes with their credit - and they mean it. I got the car a year and a half ago. Some months, I was able to pay extra, and some months, I had to pay late. They worked with me through every situation. I had some life changes, including job changes, and they worked with me at every turn, adjusting payments and talking to me about my options at every turn. They worked with me unlike anyone else I have ever encountered. They really mean it when they say they want to help rebuild credit and get people into a vehicle. Go here. Its worth it.

I absolutely LOVE Express Auto and everyone who works there. I have really bad credit and never thought I would qualify for any type of "buy here pay here", but Express not only approved me, they worked with me on my down payment and I was able to drive away with a wonderful car at a great price! Even the service department is awesome! Every time I walk in - whether at the lot or the garage - I feel like Im stopping by to say "Hi" to my friends. I HIGHLY recommend Express Auto to anyone who will give me a minute to gush - they are just that awesome.

This is the best dealership around! All of the staff was kind and willing to help me regardless of credit. Angelo, Jessica, Nicole and Ana were a pleasure in the office! Reasonable payments, short terms and free oil changes! I will definitely be back for another car soon. If youre looking to purchase a car give these guys a chance!

I have no idea what these bad ratings are all about. These folks are wonderful. Very flexible and understanding. I have terrible credit and I have a car. Im grateful to Express Auto. Prices are semi reasonable and my Kia is fantastic. Plus.... free oil changes. Thanks Angelo and the rest of the crew.

Amazing customer service! Angelo worked with me to find the car I wanted and Nicole set up my payment arrangements, if anything has come up they have always worked with me. My interest rate was also significantly lower than if I had gone through the bank to get a vehicle.

Your abysmally unfunny commercials make me question if theres any meaning to life. Id rather cripple myself so I had to take a medivan everywhere than ever avail myself of your product or services. Because of your commercials. If I wasnt clear before.

I got my car over a year ago and they have worked with me in sticky situations in the past but Recently they seem to not want to work with you and the atmosphere seems to be tense there. Cars are good service is ok.
