At first it seemed wonderful, they knew I was a single mom looking for something affordable and safe for me and my child. I have a nice low car payment which works perfect for me. I havent even had this car for a year and I am having SEVERE problems with it. I understand it is used and is not going to be perfect but, really? I have an extended warranty that surprisingly covers nothing that is wrong with the car. I took it to the place they suggested cause of the warranty and I am now throwing away $95 because they looked at the car for an hour, want $95 an hour and need 3 more hours to work on it! I will never purchase a car from there or tell anyone else to, I will also never go to the shop they told me to because I honestly believe they are trying to rip me off! I will look around and go through someone more reasonable!

When my husband purchased his car we were beyond happy with all New Millennium had to offer. The warranty was a big reason why we went with them. About a year later my husbands vehicle started having issues (the headlights, tail lights, and drivers side door computer stopped working), as well as something else. After taking it to a mechanic recommended by New Millennium, they denied the repairs because it wasnt covered under warranty. When we bought the car we were told it would cover everything but minor fixes needed to our vehicle. After spending an arm an a leg to get this car fix we will confidently say we will NEVER go back to buy a vehicle from these crooks!

Honestly they dont even deserve one star... this is the worst place Ive ever bought a car from. The lie and cheat you the sold me such a horrible piece of crap. In on month it was in the shop 3x for the same problem. The whole time i had it it was only driveable for les than 7 days. The refused to take the car back, so i eventually just had no choice but to call the bank and have the repossess the vehicle. Im warning you DO NOT buy a car here!

I strongly advise you not to purchase a vehicle from New Millennium. The problems I had with the 05 trailblazer purchased with an extended warranty were to numerous and complicated to go into detail about. The cars engine quit 2 weeks ago and was not covered under the extended warranty that new millennium claimed it would be covered under. So now I am stuck paying for a car I am unable to drive.

They sold me a crap car whole left side of frame was rotted I was younger and now know to allways check the frame but still they passed inspection on it and still sold it to me then a few months later the engine blew and now i will be making payments on a car i dont have for who knows how long I do not suggest u go here once they have your money they could care less about there customers

My experience with New Millennium was awesome! I been turned down by so many dealers but New Millennium gave me a chance, approved my application that same day and drove off with a new car the following week. The staff was very friendly as well. Thank you guys so much for helping me to get better wheels but also a chance to get my credit back up again. You rock!

The people there are amazing so helpful. They made my issues there own. I was without my car for 3 days worrying it would take days to get a new one and they got mine the next day. Went through whatever tasks they needed to get me what I wanted. Im so thankful for them. They even picked me up from home to pick up the car! Id give them 100 stars if I could!!

Bunch of crooks I will never buy a car from there again I bought my first car from New Millennium and I had problems from day one with the car they lied to me and told me they fixed the problems and never did. I have a warranty I cant even use so what was the point of purchasing it?
