Went to Char Cars today to trade in my 04 BMW X5 for a luxurious Toyota Avalon they had for sale. Met Andrew and his buyer (I forget his name) in which an appraisal was conducted on my BMW, only to find out per what they discovered in the vehicles data base, that my BMW was fraudulently sold to me under false pretenses. They were extremely helpful and showed genuine concern in terms of how the previous dealership scammed me as a customer and sold me a vehicle that was not fit to sell. They gave me all documents that they came in contact with and told me the necessary steps to take, to hold the previous dealership responsible, and even told me if I needed any help from them in my journey, to let them know. No longer did my contact with them pertain to a new vehicle purchase however, it was more about them guiding me on the path to seek justice. Ive never in many years experienced this level of professionalism, genuine concern and care from a business. I thought it was non existent and came to accept it. Due to their generosity and the ability to assist me beyond measure, I will no longer purchase another vehicle from anyone else, CHAR CARS is the place for me for now on! When this situation is resolved and if the Avalon is no longer there, because of their impeccable business practices, Ill buy a Good Humor truck from them if I have to

I went to several dealerships before finding one of Chars Cars on Craigslist. The staff werent pushy or sycophantic; they just answered questions and let me make up my own mind. They wont just take any old car and try to sell it because they stand by their sales. I tried to trade in my older car, and they told me they couldnt take it because of its condition. However, they were very helpful in suggesting places I could take the old car nearby to sell it off. Chars Cars is respectful and professional. Theyll work with you on the price and means of payment. They are happy to do the paperwork for you, too. Definitely check out this small dealership before going to the big ones.

I am in the process of buying a previously owned car and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Chars Cars. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and took the time to provide useful information about the true markets prices of the cars I had on my list. Never once felt pressured. The vehicle information they provided was valuable and educated me on certain advantages that Chars Cars could provide me that I didnt hear from the 3 other dealers I visited. Ive narrowed my selection process down to Chars Cars and one other dealer. I will be back to Chars !
