I have been on the search for a vehicle for 2 years, and have not encountered a dealership with better deals or customer service than Hertz. The employees at Hertz, specifically Roy Littleton who assisted me the most, made my car buying experience exceptional in the following ways: 1. PERSONABLENESS - The first time I went to Hertz, I spent the entire day looking at different cars, and going on test drives. I never felt rushed or ignored by the Hertz employees, and they were even willing to sit down with me to compare multiple makes/models online so I had a better idea of what my options were. The employees at Hertz are extremely down to Earth and easy to talk to. 2. WILLINGNESS - A week after finding out that the car I was interested in had been sold, Roy contacted me to let me know that they were getting another vehicle in that was the same model and color, with similar mileage. I was able to come in for a test drive before they listed the car online, and Roy made it a point to be available whenever it was most convenient for me. They even matched the price to the previous vehicle that had sold. 3. PATIENCE - I talked to several Hertz employees during my car buying experience and they all took the time to make me feel comfortable and listen to my questions and concerns. I upgraded to a much newer vehicle, and Roy made sure I knew how to use all the different features before I took the car off the lot. I am extremely happy with my new Ford Focus and have already recommended Hertz to several friends and family members who are in the market for a new vehicle. Go to Hertz if you want a car dealership that takes a genuine interest in you!

I am a first time car buyer. I had an enjoyable car buying experience here. Roy and the whole team made the process very easy. I came to this location with the intent to buy a specific car I saw online, so there wasnt really any need for the team to sell me or assist me in the decision-making process. Roy was very accommodating in driving me back from CarMax where I sold my old car to inviting me back up to the dealership after I purchased the car so I get two more things taken care of. Friendly the whole time! I felt informed during the whole process, and everyone was patient in answering my questions and explaining the next steps. I would recommend Hertz Car Sales Baltimore to a friend, and if I needed another car in the future, I would go here.

This was my first time buying a car and Im a 22 year old female so I was definitely very nervous about being pushed around by car salesmen and the whole process in general was pretty scary to think about. I bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Hertz and I can happily say that my experience was 100% positive! Dan and Buzz were so helpful and explained everything and answered all the questions I had. I felt zero pressure and I wasnt shown any cars other than the one I had expressed interest in. I was prepared to buy with a loan from my bank but I actually ended up getting a better interest rate through Hertz! Great place.

Car buying is never fun, unless you buy from Osaid at Hertz. Other salespeople at other dealers gave me the run around, added on $600+ "processing" and "reconditioning" fees. Not Osaid at Hertz. The dealer did offer us a few add on things like gap coverage, road hazard, etc. However, Osaid was not overly pushy on these items, and they were not snuck into the sales contract at the last second. The process was very fast and straight forward, considering he was making a sale with us and one other customer at the same time. This guy knows how to hustle and was very personable. 6/5 stars if possible.

The sale was brisk. Thats about it. Your 10 minutes of local test driving will not reveal all the problems of the car. Their cars get touch ups from Pepboys to barely meet the state requirements which does not inspect the vibration and noise. If you buy a car here, expect to spend several hundred dollars more right away on all tires, alignment and so on. So the true cost will be lot higher than what they are advertising. Sales people there are not courteous at all. One sales guy kept talking on the phone while test driving. The manager there lies also. It is not a good place to buy

I couldnt be more pleased with this experience. I went in a bit skeptical and these guys far surpassed my expectations. They took care of everything, and helped me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. I was also able to get a really great price on a Prius C -- over $2,500 CHEAPER than other dealers -- so I was especially excited. Ive been nothing but happy so far and I definitely encourage others to check these folks out. Richard and Roy - thank you both so much again! Had a great experience last weekend working with Roy Littleton and his team at Hertz. Initially I wasn’t looking forward to negotiating with a sales rep. who I assumed would give me the run around; however, Roy’s no-pressure, patient approach to car sales made the whole experience pleasant. Roy and his team are extremely knowledgeable and when our buying process hit a snag, Roy always had a perfect solution. It also helps that Hertz’s prices and vehicle quality are top notch! Hertz Car Sales in Parkville : I just bought a Honda Civic 2014 today from these guys and it was a great experience. You can shop the inventory on line and go in and test drive. Everyone I meant was fantastic. Morris Gibson and Roy Littleton are the main sales guys and both are excellent. Rick Boblits, the general sales manger took care of financing and giving me a trade in for my old clunker and Buzz completed the process. Purchased a car here about 3 weeks ago. To date dashboard lights appear like Christmas. Supposedly I should have powertrain warranty left, additionally I purchased extended warranty. Took vehicle to dealership (Dodge) and problems beyond belief with total cost over $500. Wonderful customer service or so it seems. So this is Part 1 if they dont pay Litigation procedures will begin for selling me a lemon. Stay tuned. Part 2 all issues resolved timely as promised

This was the best car buying experience ever. I was able to test drive the vehicle, trade in my vehicle, get financing, and drive off the lot with a new car, an extended warranty, and a Pep Boys oil change program, all with NO money down, after 5pm on a Thursday night. Ilya the Manager and Daniel the Salesman made me feel like I wasnt buying a car but joining a car family. Keep up the good work guys. You make Hertz look good!!
