UNBELIEVABLY rude & unprofessional....When looking to purchase a car from them I was told the ones in which I was interested were "out of my price range," (though I had not yet had a conversation with them about price ranges); when I asked how the various off roading mechanisms worked I was simply told I "wouldnt need them." After months of promising to get the Range Rover I desired in stock, they never followed through so I ultimately purchased my 08 Range Rover at another Land Rover dealership --- & got it for the same price that Hunt Valley Land Rover was demanding for their 06 Range Rovers (of the same mileage, condition & amenities). Regarding repairs, the multi-point inspection reports have contradicted themselves (one visit showing my tires were in dire need of replacement & the next time that they were in excellent condition (when in fact I had done nothing to them since I could tell they had plenty of tread left). On multiple occasions when I got my car back, the ivory leather interior was covered in grease & grime. Service Advisor Jeff Sine has been the WORST ---- he wouldnt/couldnt provide answers to my questions nor was he willing to try to track any down, he kept giving me the runaround. He also would never be up front about the estimated time needed to repair the car (repeatedly promising to have it ready "the next day" but it would ultimately take 2 weeks and he wouldnt call me to give me any sort of heads up when he said he would). And he has spoken down to me each time in such a condescending manner that I DONE. I will never go back. I dont care how much hassle or extra money it will cost me to go to an alternate dealership or private autoshop ---- It will be 110% worth it to spare me the horrible experience I have to endure at the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership.

In 10yrs I owned 3 Jaguars S-type, XF, and Right now an XK got them all service at frankel cause the dealership is closer to my home and in the last 5yrs what I carefully notice is once your jag turns 4yrs old they the service mechanics will mistreat your jag. For example they say they do Multi-point inspection, they list everything is ok on my XK. A week later I need tensioners, timing chain, accessory drive belts, So Im telling Ed in service, I was here a week ago and the mechanic did a inspection and everything was perfect, so they say. I paid thousands for the repairs, when it was time to pick the car up after paying thousands the check engine light was on and it was dents in the passage side of the car, oil stains on the tan leather seats and center console, plus I purchase a new battery, when to get a oil change 3 months later and they lie to my face and tried to tell me I needed a new battery but they forgot they installed a new battery before so dishonest. PLEASE if you love your jag dont let frankel service it. Personally I think those mechanics are not skilled enough to work on high end luxury cars that cost 60,000-100,000 dont risk it. I did so you dont have to. Needs new management, Ron the dealership manger needs to resign he lost touch of good customer service.

Dear Land Rover Hunt Valley: Id like to compliment one of your employees, Mr.LEON J. KEDZIERSKI, for the excellent service he provided me last February 2017. Mr. Kedzierski helped me that I was treated very professionally and kindly. So that I was able to drive all the way to Connecticut. My daughter was taking the Audition for the IVy league College. She got it. Mr. Kedzierski made it possible. I was concerned about costs, looked it up, and they had an absolutely fair price for the work I needed. Ive had no issues so far, and plan to continue going to them for all my needs. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Mr. LEON J. KEDZIERSKIs professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Land Rover Hunt Valley for years to come. Sincerely,
AP

Buyers beware this place is horrible!!!! They will take your money and when the vehicle has electrical issues on the way home from purchase they will tell you it has factory warranty. They wont help you nor will they replace the car on request. I spoke to Mr Frankel the owner hinself and Mr Giroux who is supposed to have handled my issies who pushed me off to a mechanic who was the whipping boy or patsy if you will. They dont care one way or the other if you can drive the car or not or if its dangerous or not. From electrical issues to fuel line busting open to 3 fuel pumps in 3 years to sensors being replaced to the vehicle not operating and being in service 3 weeks with no end in sight..... I have been left on the side of the interstate 3 times within 2 weeks after purchase. I drove this truck less then 3 weeks and its been in service 3 weeks. These people need to be investigated and closed due to the lemons they sell!!!!

This dealership is a joke. I spent my hard earned money for a range rover evoque and it was a lemon on the ride home. I had it 2 weeks and the fuel line busted under the car dumping the fuel all over and I had it towed to the nearest repair facility as to get it fixed. Its been there 3 weeks and hunt valley land Rover would offer no help. The owner Mr Frankel told me to do what I have to do. I have filed several complaints against this dealer. So Im not finished yet. I strongly suggested everyone to do some research before they purchase. This dealership should be closed for pulling scams on everyone. They will take your money and leave you twisting in the wind. My vehicle has been deemed inoperable and the used car manager Gary, and Pamala Keys, Mr Giroux, and Mr Frankel are horrible people to deal with. Especially since they wont accept your calls.
