I was not impressed with this place - I liked Dr. Kickham he was very thorough and patient. I called EyeMart and ask them if they took EyeMed (United Healthcare) insurance, they said yes we accept most kinds of insurance, Come on in! I went in and they told me that they did not file that kind of insurance that I would have to file it myself. I went in with a pair of broken glasses and asked if they had any frames that they could use with the lenses out of my old glasses, the lady said NO rather abruptly. SO I got their HD process glasses came to a little over $400 with progressive lenses. SO I went back in about 10 days later to pick up my glasses and the right lens was not right - very blurry. They tried to argue with me and say my eyes had just not gotten used to them yet, but I knew it was more than that, and would not accept the glasses. They got the manager involved. After that they took my glasses back to their lab and got to checking them and the axis was not right on them. It was off a by a lot. The manager then took a look at my old glasses and immediately told the other lady (who told me they had no frames that my old lenses would fit) which frames would fit my old lenses and she was right SO I left with my old glasses in new frames (no charge). This is what I wanted in the first place but the lady was to busy trying to sell me new glasses to be bothered with trying to find a pair of frames for my old glasses - They sent the new ones back and had their lens folks redo the right lense. I waited another week for my new glasses -They were right this time. But still all in all a bad experience - Would not file my insurance - Would not try to find a frame for my old lenses - Argued with me that the glasses were right without checking them to see. Finely rescued by a manager that obviously new a lot more about the frames and lenses than her sales staff did!

I would not use eyemart again. When I went in I told them that I needed to have my eyes check and a new pair of glasses. They had me fill out paperwork then said "it will be allittle bit there are a few ahead of us". We went and pick out glasses. To make a long story short... Two and a half hours later I was told I was next. I was patiently waiting and then they take two more people in front of me. I then ordered my glasses and was told it would be a week to get them back because they had to be shipped out to have the anti reflection added. I called one weed later to see if they were back. I was told that it was back and their machine was being worked on that tested the glassed. I asked how long it would be. I was told that evening. I told them I was going out of town and would have to pick them up when I got back. I went in two days later and I was told that they did not pass inspection and would be another week to get them back. I was never called about the problem. I was very upset on how the run their buisness. I will not be back to get glasses there agian.

Paid over $400 out of pocket for glasses. Specifically asked before I ordered and was told 7 to 10 days. It has been three weeks today and still no glasses. Because I am upset they offered to make me a pair of their cheap $30 glasses. Seriously? I paid $400 for my glasses and I expect to get my $400 pair of glasses. Completely unacceptable and will NEVER go back there. After calling twice and being given the runaround I was finally told they got sent back because they werent right and when I complained I was told, "You want them to be right, dont you?" Apparently too much to expect to get them in a timely manner AND for them to be right. I have little faith that when they finally do get here that they will be right. Walmart is better than this and cheaper. JUST DONT!!

EyeMart Express was absolutely wonderful. From the friendly, clean environment to the low prices, I was extremely impressed. They were very busy when I went in, but while I was waiting, I was able to look at the large selection of frames and found two which suited me well. The associate who helped me, Damon, was very friendly, efficient, and personable as he talked me through pricing and lens options. My glasses were ready for pickup in less than an hour, despite their full load of customers. I received a text message which said they were ready, which was very helpful. I am very pleased with the service and environment and would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I am beyond angry right now with Eye Mart express. They filled my sons eye glass script in one day, which to some extent was odd since they have to always send his out because his eyes are so bad. We got the glasses and now he cant see anything through them! I now have to drive back up there and "hope" they correct their mistake! All I can say is, if they dont make it right, they better give me my f***in money back and they can keep the junk glasses! Well just go some where else! As a company, being busy, in a hurry or rush is no excuse for putting the wrong script in a Childs glasses just to get them done quickly!!

The lady behind the desk is rude and large. You can tell why because she is extremely lazy. She didnt even find out why I was there and told me to put my name on a list. Twenty minutes past the appointment time, I went up to say something and she said, "I didnt know you had an appointment!" She was too busy talking to the other large woman behind the counter. Dont waste your time. There are other eye care places that are professional and will show you that they value you as a customer and they value your time. I will pay more money to deal with a business that is on time and has quality service.

WARNING! 100% Scam! These people want your money, and will do nearly anything to get it. Terrible customer service! Went in for a contact lens exam and the doctor came into the room and immediately took me to the contacts try-on area, where he asked me what lenses I was buying that day. As I had just come in for the exam, and not buying contacts, he instantly directed me me to the counter to pay for my exam. Now, what part of that was what they were calling an exam, I dont know, but this place is a scam. Also: They refuse to give you your prescription, so you cant buy glasses elsewhere!

I received my eyeglasses and 2 days later the lens popped out. They put it back in and now it looks strange in the top right corner. Also my lenses are super thick and I only have about a 2.0 farsighted script. They are actually thicker than my dads which is a much much stronger script. I keep getting head aches. I plan on going back to my eye doctor and getting these glasses checked to see if Eyemart correctly filled my prescription. The lady on the phone @ Eyemart said she would do whatever to fix any problem, but I'm already having my doubts.
