My wife and I put a small deposit ($200.00) on a mattress that we thought we were going to buy. We later found a better deal on a higher quality mattress at Costco so we returned to have our deposit refunded. The employees at the physical location were not able to issue a refund and gave us a print out and told us to call corporate. The problem was that the form of payment for the deposit was a BofA Visa debit card that had since been replaced with a new chip & PIN debit card. After 3 phone calls and over an hour on the phone with the uncooperative people at customer service they were still unable to issue the refund. We were told they mailed a check, then they didnt know, then finally they refused to issue a refund until we had Bank of America fax them proof that the original form of payment (the debit card) is not in use anymore. Needless to say Sleepys entire approach to customer service is asinine and only hurts their customers and potential customers. We will never shop at Sleepys ever again.

I purchased a fantastic bed from Jessica a few days ago. I walked in in pain from a sagging mattress after leaving my wonderful latex mattress behind in a long distance move. I had no down payment, a strict budget, and needed financing. All I had was my ID. She accommodated every need I had! I ended up with a floor model bed, eco friendly, very firm (which is what I was after), full financing, nothing down, and it didnt take but probably 20-30 minutes from the time I walked in, to the time we hugged goodbye. I got a confirmation call that evening regarding the delivery, and another one when the truck was 10 minutes away. I cant imagine a simpler, more accommodating experience. Seriously! And the best part- I LOVE my mattress. Its the best one I have ever had. I cant imagine a more painless shopping experience.

Went here b/c its close to our home and wanted a bed only, so we thought that MF would fit the bill. Walked in and met Javil, he was awesome. Super nice guy, no pressure kind of salesman, and asked what we were interested in. Once informed, he showed us the options ranging from least to most expensive so that we could compare/contrast. If you want an entry level bed for your kid, they have it. If you want the top-of-the-line bed (goofy named like some cars), they have them too, and everything in between. We ended up picking a great bed at a great price. If you doubt me, go in a see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

We purchased a mattress here from Melissa a few months ago, and had a great customer service experience. After a while we determined the mattress was just too firm for us, so we took advantage of the 120 day exchange policy and went back to get a different one. This time we worked with Javil and he was also great. Both Melissa and Javil were super helpful without the hard sales push that you find in some furniture stores. They take the time to help you make the right purchase, and are very personable. Id definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.

This is the second time Ive shopped here, and it is because of the quality my first experience, the patience and respect conveyed to my elder parents, that I returned. Ive consistently experienced exceptional customer service from Javil and his team. A mattress purchase is major investment and they really listen to you and work with you to find the best match for your needs, at a variety of prices and comfort levels. Javil is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and professional. We cant wait to sleep sound in our new bed and I know I will return in the future.

My husband and I met this warm and friendly salesperson Javil today at Mattress firm and we were pleasantly surprised at the knowledge he had about mattresses. He wasnt pushy at all. He was able to educate us on all types and prices. He also had two other salespeople that were shadowing him . He asked if they could listen in on. I think he did a great job as a teacher and did it with ease. I highly recommend Javil as a most knowledgeable person. We had a pleasant experience today at Mattress Firm in East Longmeadow.

Went in a week ago to look at mattresses to price. Met by Javil and his knowledge was great. Understood what we were looking for and did not try to sell us items we did not need or want. Got a great deal and a week later, sleeping on a great new mattress. Overall experience was top notch. Everyone at the store was great to work with (Javil, Steve and Mellissa) from the purchase through delivery. We could not be happier. Would recommend this store to anyone, especially the people.

Easily one of the best customer service interactions Ive experienced in a retail setting and hands-down, after researching for weeks, the absolute best value youll find for a quality mattress. The sales associate, Javil, was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made the shopping experience both enjoyable and educational. I went to Mattress Firm to see if they carried any replacement wheels for the steel frame I bought a few years ago. Its not under warranty any more, but I was willing to pay just to have a proper wheel. Fortunately, Javil and Melissa were more than helpful. Not only did they give me a wheel, Javil also kindly gave me four sliders for the posts just in case I wanted to switch the wheels out to slides. A wonderful experience, the staff here is excellent!

Couldnt have asked for a better salesman than Javil. I will now sleep better thanks to his expertise. We walked in not knowing exactly what we needed or wanted, that fell into our budget, and he pointed us to the right direction. There was no pressure, no following us around the store, just knowledge. I would highly recommend Javil at Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a better nights sleep but has no idea where to start.

Amazing Experience!!! Easily - hands down - one of the most pain free purchases (any KIND of purchase!) that I have ever made. Im a single dad, moving to a new home with my daughter...so Im really out of my element. Javil, the salesperson who sold us our mattress at this location, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional and helped us find the right mattress. This location has a great selection of quality mattresses for every price range, is well organized so that it is easy to find different types of mattresses, and is a great deal.
