Service Department is Phenomenal!! We purchased a gazebo from Kloter Farms in 1999. The gazebo was purchased concurrently with a hot tub. Koter Farms was very easy to work with. A coordinated delivery with the hot tub vendor was scheduled and achieved. Everything was installed in 1 day. We were very happy back then – and remained so through the years since. Fast forward 17 years. The hot tub died and needed to be replaced. We arranged for removal of the old tub – anticipating problems with the floor we had not seen in 17 years. There were none. Our only concern with the then temporarily empty gazebo was the roof. So we call Kloter Farms, and asked for a quote. They recommended complete roof replacement – and the quote came in at 1/6 the original price of the gazebo. (NOT adjusted for 17 years inflation.) I thought this very reasonable and accepted the proposal. Our gazebo now looks brand new. I cannot say enough about the team that came out to the house. They were professional, cleaned up the work site afterwards and did a fabulous job on the roof. In addition they did a once over of the entire gazebo – tightened up what had become loose over the years – and solved a plumb problem with the door rubbing the floor. This was done without being asked, and at no extra charge. I wish I could give these folks 6 stars. 5 for me is completely satisfying my expectations seamlessly and quickly. Kloter Farms has truly exceeded my expectations for 2 decades.

When my wife first informed me that she found an outdoor patio set at a convention I did not think much of it. Then she explained, it was $$$$. At first I was about to tell her, take it all back. When it was delivered I could not believe just how well it was made. You could tell there was massive amounts of time and effort put into the design. Materials are above average on so many levels. Customization of the materials, colors, and overall look are also such a huge plus. You know you are not getting something built on an assembly line but custom handcrafted items. It has been 4 years and this patio set is still looking brand new. Simply impressive. I decided to look into outdoor sheds and again, the quality of their produce is top notch. Steel reinforced doors, vinyl windows, and vinyl siding. High grade exterior lumber and plywood and craftsmanship are just impressive. The truth is, you get what you pay for. Their prices are high compared to most companies, but I do not expect to ever have to purchase these items again so how can that be beat? I encourage any one looking for outdoor buildings or furniture to check out Kloter Farms. Service, quality and craftsmanship cannot be beat.

I have been looking for a book case with glass sliding doors for a long time, and finally found one at the Kloters, Hartford CT, but I live in Redding CA. I had to request some adjustments on heights which required lots of phone calls and email exchanges to finalize the product. Brad, who is in charge of online orders, I think, made me realize that good old fashion customer service still exist. When my book case finally arrived in my house after 8 weeks, I was so satisfied with the craftsmanship, but I thought I found a minor error, so I emailed of my observation to Brad. But, he so patiently follow through the problem which was a little adjustment that was needed at the bottom of the door. Customer service was unheard of in todays society. I am so happy that I purchased the bookcase despite the extra cost for the shipping and custom order. I am happy to experience that there are people who put the quality work in their priority.

My husband and I went to Kloter Farms looking to furnish his new office. We met with Emily and with her help and expertise, he picked a beautiful espresso custom desk unit in character cherry and an office chair in wood and leather. We also purchased a bedroom set. Several weeks later, we visited with Emily again and she helped us design two espresso cabinets/bookshelves to go on either side of our fireplace. Brad was our next connection and kept in touch over the shipping process. Our furniture pieces arrived in perfect condition from Ohio to South Carolina. The two gentlemen who made the delivery, were very careful and treated all pieces with respect as they put them together and in place. These pieces of furniture are stunning and built to last. Many thanks to both Emily and Brad and of course Kloter Farms.

nice little store, good ice cream... although a little over-priced. the prices for the garages and sheds look amazing. i dont know much about price on garages and sheds, but they are less than i thought they would be. much better quality construction than home depot and home-improvement-store sheds, with great prices. *** Update*** Bought a nice garage there and when they delivered it the old guy who was spotting and directing the driver backing in, didnt see a huge tree so the driver backed my brand new garage into the tree. Caused slight damage to the roof, but not that bad. Only reason it was not worse was because I was there watching them. I had to yell at the driver to stop because the old man obviously couldnt see anything! This is why I cant trust people, especially with my property!

We received our shed today. After looking at the big box hardware stores and other local places that sell sheds, we found the best quality for the money at Kloter Farms. It is worth the drive. The customer service was excellent. Our shed arrived on time, and the delivery crew was courteous and efficient. The shed exceeded our expectation, a solidly built structure, and the site work was also done far better than we could have done ourselves. Every time we visit their Ellington location, we find more things we love! They also sell custom made indoor furniture, kitchen islands and patio furniture.

All the folks go out of their way to be helpful, from someone to greet you at the door, sales staff who take their time to explain all the many many choices without being pushy, to the delivery guys who never fail to say yes Mamm and yes Sir, smile and shake your hand. These folks are a class act. And they stand behind what they sell, address any concerns promptly, and their service guys are great. If you visit when they have an "event" it is always good family fun, things to do for the kids who always love the mini-train, and rocking chairs on the porch for Grandma. Always worth the trip.

The amount of time, care, and attention that Kloter Farms puts into every sale is unmatched. From the time I walked on the lot as an uneducated customer seeking a garage, to the time the garage arrived on the truck 5 weeks later, it was an excellent experience. Excellent sales staff, who are very easy to deal with, an excellent product and careful delivery team.....and all that at a great price. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. I chose Kloter Farms based on recommendations from others, and they met and exceeded all my expectations.
