AVOID BUYING FROM THIS PLACE I was misinformed (lied to) so there sales reps (Guy) can make a sale. Bought couch under the stipulation of if you finance you can get a better price and then just pay it off with your credit card. I have a fico score of over 700 and over 20k in available credit. So needless to say i didnt need to fincance through "TD Bank" this was only done because i was told that i could pay it off via credit card. It was after the fact and after my first bill came in that i could not pay via credit card, so i was lied to. Now that is false advertising and misleading sales tactics. I work in a commission sales enivorment and understand the need to make sales. I would never shop there they will lie to you and rip you off. They also cant keep their delivery expectations realistic. I had to call and threatent them to cancel the order to even get them to deliver the couch i purchased. The couch came in and "their" movers even damaged the wall in my place of living. I would give a half a star if i could. The only reason i am not giving no stars is because i dont think i can leave a score that low. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE I WOULDNT EVEN AGREE TO ALLOW THEM TO GIVE MY FREE FURNITURE SEEING HOW THEIR MOVERS WOULD MESS UP YOUR HOME.

We went into the store to check out a table I found online. It was not in the store and we were told that we would have to go to Norwalk to see it. We ended up buying the table, and luckily purchased the care package. Good thing we did because the same day we had our wood dinning table delivered, there were multiple chunks of wood missing, and deep scratches. It took almost a month to get the pictures we sent into the store to get looked at, and for us to get a response. Not to mention the woman who was dealing with our concern was pretty rude. Eventually they replaced the table, but it took way too long for the money spent. Allen was the sales associate and he did a great job though. He was the only redeeming part of this process, and we love the table. Will thinking twice before purchasing from here again. *Update: we decided to purchase a bedroom set at this location. The sales rep Allen is great, and we are very happy with our purchase*

BUYER BEWARE! This store has no idea what customer service is or should be. If you like the run around, excuse after excuse, and unfulfilled promises then this is the store for you! Priority means we will treat you like everyone else after they make a mistake, are late on delivery, and then promise to make you a priority and cant even deliver when you, the customer, are available. Instead its the same we will try but cant guarantee after they messed up on their end.

Horrible go somewhere else, they are crooks bought over 2000.00 worth of product and they sold the recliner I paid for to someone else !!! There answer sorry we will give you your money back (really !) Canceled whole order. They will never get any of my buisness and they shouldnt get yours

Not the greatest selection or quality. Sales guy was prettt pushy. Its slighrly better than Ikea quality but still seems cheap and flimsy. Also, the outlet prices were outrageous considering the quality of the product. Ikea quality at Ashley prices with a small selection.

the management at this store is horrible. place rips everyone off, anyone can get a 35% discount so if they offer you 10% dont think you are getting a good deal
