I like to go here and look around, but is it necessary for the sales associate to literally follow you EVERYWHERE. Was looking at mattresses for my wife and I for a possible Christmas gift to ourselves and the sales associate literally followed us upstairs and watched us as we tried out the mattresses. On a side note, we bought a computer desk from here about 1 1/2, 2 years ago and the person that sold it to us Im assuming left the company and got a job with liberty mutual insurance. I dont know how she got my phone number because I never gave it to her but I got non stop calls from her trying to sell me car insurrance for about 3 months after buying the desk. Im pretty sure she went through the system and pulled everyones number before she left to try to get clients and the only reason I knew it was her was because she literally told me that she was the one that sold be the desk. Pretty sure that is illegal and it is totally creepy but just something to watch out for.

John Nave, our sales rep. was excellent and the farthest thing from "pushy." He made himself available without making us feel awkward. We were provided with promotional materials when asked and he even found us during our visit and gave us complimentary water! He even advised to come back two or three times before deciding and to use their website as it have a funiture placement tool for your room to check spacing. Couches started around $550 and went up from there, but the love seats and chairs were not marked. It was explained to us that it was to prevent to many tags being out but we were told how to adjust pricing for the pieces based on the sofa price. This was SUPER easy and it kept us from asking 1000 questions and the showroom from having 1000 tags. For example, love seats were $50 less than the couches. Overall, would come back here again!

Some time ago we spent a few thousand in the store. Living room set, mattress & protection plan. Associate was so nice. Then when I left a message after the sale date, (phone) I never heard back. I even emailed Supervisor, never heard back. The one thousand dollar mattress began to sink to one side within 30 days. Im so disgusted. Terrible service, terrible purchase. Twice we have had someone come to measure the mattress, so no avail, it isnt "sunk in enough" to replace the mattress. When someone purchases an extremely expensive item, you expect Quality in return. We will NEVER shop Raymour Flannigan anywhere , ever again.
