Posee un pésimo servicio en el area de entrega. Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo a comprar aquí. Compre un juego de cuarto, juego de sala y juego de comedor, ademas de algunas otras cosas. Desde el primer dia de entrega se me dio un mal servicio. La mercancía incompleta y la que me llevaron parte de ella estaba damage, visiblemente desde afuera se podía observar que la caja había estado en alguna area donde se mojaba. Nunca me notificaron que parte de la mercancia no estaba disponible hasta el momento de la entrega. Todos los juegos incompletos. En la segunda visita me cambiaron la pieza damage por otra igualmente damage que claramente desde afuera también la caja mostraba algunas areas afectadas. Y ese mismo dia me informaron que el juego de comedor tampoco estaba disponible y me dejaron solo 2 sillas del mismo. En la 3ra visita programada para el cambio de la pieza damage del juego de cuarto (dresser) y la entrega de los tornillos de las patitas de la butaca del juego de sala que tampoco los trajo, me informan casi a las 9:00 pm que no podrian llegar a mi casa porque ya era muy tarde, despues de estar esperando la entrega desde la 1:00 pm. Y a todo esto solo visitan mi area para entrega una sola vez a la semana (martes). Todavía estoy a la espera de que me digan cuando será la entrega de la mercancía que ya estoy pagando pero que no me han entregado completa. 7/27/2017

I dont have a problem with the store employees. I do with Furniture Depot management. Ive purchased Tomas sectional a 1.5 month ago, was told "it will take about 2 weeks, sometimes more to ship it to the store for pick up". Back than I had time to wait. 2 weeks after the order, I was told that it will take 3-4 weeks for my order to come in, or I can look for another model". Again, I was ready to wait, so I did. So now 6 weeks later Ive got a call saying that "they have no idea when Tomas sectional will be available, if ever, so I need to see if I like something else". Ive checked online, Tomas sectional was available for online order. OK, fine, Ill go see if I like something else. And I did. Tomas sectional was $850, I found one on the floor for $1100 (store price, its not even available online yet). Can I swap it with the one Ive ordered? NO! Can I have a discount on it? No, I can have it for $1100 which, apparently, is somehow a discount price, because "real" price is $1399 !! Really??? Sorry, this is typical "bate and switch": they have Tomas sectional as a bate, than they offer "something else", and NO REFUND for the wait time and ruined experience (lets be realistic, 1.5 month wait for a new living room sitting is outrageous). Oh, by the way, Ive bought a table with 6 chairs from them too, so can I have a discount on that purchase, or at least free delivery, manager Manny? NO!!!! Well... thanks for nothing. Bottom line: if you have to - buy only whats in stock. Otherwise look elsewhere, at least you wont waste any time.

Loved the furniture and price was really good. The downside. The man that I bought it from on State Street in Springfield didnt say that I would have to get rid of all the packaging and that they dont unpack anything. I find this very poor service in that respect. The delivery guy said because if something gets damaged when they open it they dont do it. Uh, dont you have insurance? Had another furniture place delivering beds and they found that unprofessional that they dont take the packaging when they left. Listen I bought a lot of stuff so my porch looked like a recycle bin and all that foam and fake wood crap was garbage. If I ever buy anything there again, it may be 2 or 3 pieces at a time. I had about 10 pieces of furniture so imagine how much packaging and boxes that had to be broken down. If he would have disclosed this information in the first place I would have made arrangements for all that packaging. Poor service. More interested in getting the huge sale that he made.

People are very friendly but will try to hustle you by making up prices and make you think they are looking out for you. The real downer is I order somethings from them and they told me the would deliver on a certain day and never came to my house, when I called the store the guy said he would call but never did nor got back to me. Very unprofessional and I will never order from them again just because once they get your money it is no longer long them being friendly to you. I left work early two times to get home for the delivery but they were a no call no show I will give them one star for their product but for me it is all about customer service and they suck at that.

Ive bought from bobs and raymour and flanigan, you will find the same quality of raymour and flanigan at this store, they were very fast, not pushy and the couch we bought we are beyond pleased, thanks for a great experience, we bought from the riverdale road store
