Our experience with Dick has been excellent. Hes been doing this a long time, he knows what hes doing, and it shows. I stepped on my wifes plastic frame glasses and she was desperate for help because the frames she loved so much were no longer available. She took them to Dick and he said he could probably fix them but it would cost her $35... She has since purchased new glasses but she still wears her repaired ones most of the time because of the frames. The frames Dick miraculously saved.

Glasses were poorly made. The metal frame on one lens didnt even come close to following the edge. The lens keeps popping out. These were not cheap glasses, either.
