Drs. North and watson If poor customer service and inexperienced doctors is what you are looking for, this is the place. DO NOT GO HERE! Just to mention a few things that went wrong here are the following; I had to go into the doctors 7 times in a span of 3 months to get my contacts the right prescription (which they still did not get right). They gave me the wrong contacts to wear untill they got the contacts they ordered in (which took two weeks). They over charge for a contact fit. You schedule an appointment at 4pm and you dont see the doctor for an hour while you sit and wait in a dark room. The doctor touched my eye with out washing his hands. Once the y could not provide me with the right prescription I asked for a refund so I could see a different doctor, it took them a week to refund my money (which they did everything to keep it) and they still have not refunded my insurance. If you want excellent service and experience doctors, go to pearl vision in the same mall. They are excellent and dont over charge you! They see you at your appointment time and the doctors are willing to take the time and explain everything.

This is a fine and typical location for Lenscrafters. But the doctors on site- I was not happy with. My exam was rushed and produced poor results- the clarity of my vision is not nearly as good as my old prescription (and that was after 2 follow-up appointments). The price for the exam was expensive (and the price quoted was misleading). It was difficult to obtain an itemized receipt for my exam and contact lens purchase which I need for insurance/flex spend reasons- I was given attitude from the person working at the desk when I asked for it. It was also difficult to obtain a copy of my prescription which is required by law to be provided to me- I was told I would have to sit an wait for 30+ minutes while they got it ready. Every other place I have gone to, this was provided as I left the exam room. If you want to come here and buy your glasses/contacts, youll be fine. But get your exam elsewhere.

My experience was great. I usually dread going to get new glasses, but it was enjoyable...and having a cute and knowledgeable girl helping me didnt hurt.

The exam was $40 more than I thought even though I declined all the extras. Otherwise nice people and apparently competent. Get the price up front.
