First, please know copies of all reviews are sent to the place of business and many times first reviews and posts after a negative one are an employee of the business. Could be friendlier: doctor, assistants, person in the back fitting frames. Could be more professional: The person in the back fitting frames spoke negatively about an elderly woman & a father with toddler in front of customers. Made me question what he said about me after I walked out of the store. Lack of insurance knowledge, extra contact payment assessment, having to come back to check contacts & unavailability of contacts are all reasons Id check out some place else. Maybe I had a rare bad experience but all 3 visits?

The staff at Arthur Williams are the best opticians in the Twin Cities. They are very friendly and accommodating. What makes them shine, however, is that they are highly knowledgeable about all things eye glasses. For example, their ability to give useful and well-informed feedback on eyeglass frames shows a deep expertise in this important subject. You can count on them to give style, comfort and technical guidance, as well as an excellent selection of frames. Weve been going to them for almost 10 years and they have always amazed us with their service.
