Folks. Go Elsewhere. I bought tires in the service department. They showed me a paper with the price and I failed to ask too many questions because I was in a jam due to a mistake that had been made by an online tire shipper. The girl had said "They are good years, good tires and pointed to the $99 price on a printed piece of paper". I was a bit stuck and said go ahead. She disappeared for several minutes and when she returned I asked what the mileage warranty on the tires was. She could not find it and left to speak to someone about it. Upon return, several minutes later she informed me there was no treadwear warranty on the tires. NONE. I asked if it was too late to stop - she said it was too late. She then held up the paper, that had been in her hands earlier, not mine, and handed it to me showing me that there was no treadwear warranty and that the UTOQ treadwear rating was only 260. She said at least there was a rebate available on the tires she had sold me. It is 3 days later and I just tried to get the rebate. There is none. What a liar. Take your business elsewhere. Dishonest people.
An excellent experience in the purchase of my 2012 Transit Connect Cargo XLT Van. The price was fair. Been there. Very unprofessional. If you own a mustang DO NOT LET them take your car out alone. They will peel and screech the tires. Will not help you with your warranty if you did not buy the car from them. I had a wobble sound from my mustang. I was told there is nothing. My rear seat does not sit right. I was told they alll look like that. First thing they ask is was "where did you buy your car from?. And women beware. You will be treated like an idiot.
Not that its deserved but a lesser rating is . My wife had called around to get qoutes for installation of a tow hitch on her Ford Escape. An after the conversation with the service staff member that I can only think had no clue of real prices or thought because shes a Woman that $1,500-1,700 dollars qoute for the hitch an plug in wiring for trailer lights was a fair estimate. I refuse to go or deal with them on account of scam dealings
I come here for intoxalock service because i made poor decisions. I drive GM. They arent very friendly. Maybe its just me.
Parts department guys were great. Quick, efficient, and helped drop my bed liner in in about 90 seconds.
I used the express oil change service twice now and have been no longer than 30 minutes.
