I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience started out rough but was saved due to terrific customer service. When I started the process, a salesman by the name of Brandon Woodson contacted me after I used the website contact form. I told him I was interested in an Altima and what features I had wanted. Brandon checked his stock and said he had the perfect one for me. (just thought it was a sales line) When I arrived Brandon had it all ready for the test drive and it truly was the one that I had wanted so good job to Brandon on that end! After the test drive came the dollar and price conversation. I told Brandon how much I wanted to put down and what I wanted my payment to be. After coming back and telling me that the payment was going to be higher than what I had wanted, I told him I was not interested. He asked me to wait so he can get someone and he brought out this arrogant, pompous man who went by the name of Matt Kelly. I am not sure how Matt is a manager and I wonder who his manager is because he must be either be his buddy or does not know how his manager is treating customers. Matt starts off by saying he cant get me to that payment and that it is only a few dollars difference and I say are you going to let a few dollars cost you a sale and his reply is, "if I have to I will". I say that is not the right answer and he asks me about the other vehicle that I had mentioned to Brandon that was pretty much a done deal at another dealership. Matt tries to sell me on the fact that the Nissan is better blah blah blah. After hearing enough of Matts nonsense, I politely remind him that he has to sell a car, I do not need to purchase one. Matts reply, "I dont have to sell a car". At that point I shook his hand and told him goodbye. I apologized to Brandon and said thank you for your efforts but I am moving on. Brandon was even in shock with what was said. The next day Brandon sends me a text and asks if I have purchased the other vehicle yet and I replied with no. He asks if it is ok if another person contacts me and I said sure. I get a call from an Omir Omeragic. Omir was so polite and professional that he got me back into the dealership. Omir was able to get my payment to where I had wanted it but I wound up paying more due to an extended warranty and service contract which I was fine with. A lesson to Matt; treat people like human beings and with respect and you shall see results. If it wasnt for Brandon and Omir, Abeloff would have lost my business. Thank you Brandon and Omir. I will be coming back to see them for my wifes next vehicle as well.

I went to Abeloff Nissan on 7/4/2017 and had a great salesman named Ramon. He was knowledgeable and funny. My issue is with Jeff from finance and his supervisor(s). I was very clear when I spoke to Ramon and Jeff saying that I would either finance through Nissan or my credit union. I told the finance guy that if Nissan did not give me a good rate I would use MY BANK! They asked which bank and I told them which bank. Clearly Jeff understood what I said because he responded. Well he put a total of 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. Seriously? They have refused to explain why they would mishandle my personal credit information with out my permission! They then tried to push blame on Ramon the salesman saying that information was not relayed. Yep I told you myself. He stood there right in front of me when I said I only approved them to run my credit through one company. Still no call back as promised! My sister in law purchased from them a few months ago and they did the exact same thing to her. Check your credit report and make sure they do not mishandle your information! They offered me $4000 for my trade and deducted $300 for two tires (its a civic they are $47 a piece) $250 to detail it and also for a standard oil change. Jerry Salter at Ray Price gave me double for my trade, said the tires were fine, and 0.99% with nothing down (for 15 months less than the term at Abeloff), and lower payment on a NEW Accord. Why would I pay more for a used Altima with a broken key? Oh and the Altima had prior damage that Abeloff "fixed" the paint they used ALMOST matched. They did not disclose that until I pointed it out! Sad that a great sales team is hampered by out of line financial people. Lets see if I get a call back from Abeloff... In response to YOUR response... No one has contacted me. As the owner maybe at this point you should be doing that. Again Im glad you read my post but no one has contacted me in response to either my many calls to Abeloff or as per your reply! I will certainly update this post if and when any action is taken by your business either good, bad or indifferent.

I bought a brand new juke a mouth ago from this Nissan dealership I went there knowing what car I wanted, well not a week after I get my car home the paint was coming off the car I take it back they tell me that sap got in between the base coat and the clear coat of the paint but cars are supposed to be painted in a sealed room not outside where sap can get on cars explain that one to me ok well I set up and apt for the following week for my car to go to a body shop to be entirely repainted. I get to the dealership and no knows what Im talking about and Tim from servicing just degraded me as a women and for my age entirely I told him what was going on he laughed in my face and said we can do that here you car has no need to go to a body shop well not five hours after dropping my car off they called to tell me my car had to go to a body shop when I already told them that. It was hard enough for me to get them to give me a loaner car to drive since someone couldnt do their job right the first time and paint my car right then. But they advertise they give out loaner cars when your cars getting fixed what they dont tell you is you have to be over 21. If Im old enough to buy a brand new car with out anyones help I should be able to have a loaner car but they wanted me to take their shuttle and have someone else drive me to work but then I would have been stranded at work with no way home. And after they had my car repainted they tried to give me my car back trashed with scratches on it I didnt drop it off with and the inside panels were off garbage that wasnt mine was in my car like what did they do to my car I wouldnt take it home till it was cleaned I gave it to them cleaner, its brand new theres shouldnt have been anything wrong with it to begin with.
