SCAM ARTIST!!! Never EVER buy from him. We gave him a deposit for the FORD EXPLORER XLT and it took him 3 days to fix it MEANWHILE, all he did was Erase ALLLLL THE PCM CODES. LUCKILY MY SON IS GOING FOR AUTO MECHANICS AND HE PLUGED HIS CODE SCANNER IN AND IT CAME UP AS BAD TRANSMISSION!!!! ALL THIS ALIBABA WANTS IS YOUR MONEY. IM SO DISSAPOINTED THAT HE LIES AND STEALS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON. ALLLLLL HIS VEHICLES ARE FROM AN AUCTION AND NEED MAJOR SERVICE. THESE VEHICLES HE SELLS ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!! Do not ever believe his lies. He is all talk!!!! Trust me!!! Any questions about this scam place contact me and I will gladly tell you. So disappointed. I thought I could trust him bc he talked all nicey nice and at the end he is a deceiver. Lie lie lie. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I bought three cars from Royal over the years and when things were tight they got me into a quality car that lasted. I would buy from them again and again. Trustworthy family!!! Those who bash this dealer probably wanted such a low price he just couldnt do it. Believe me, if he could he would. Too many so called customers would try to scan the owners into getting a rediculous price and when he explained he couldnt they got on this site and bashed his business. He is a good owner and if you want to email me Ill even tell you in person!!!

Wow, I wish I saw these reviews before driving an hour to this dump. My son found a car on Craigslist that he was interested in and made an appointment to see it. These jokers never indicated that this was not a private sale. Confirmed the appointment, but when we got there the car "was just sold today". Sure it was. What a bunch of crap. Although my son did learn a lot about how not to do business and who not to do business with from these scam artists. Avoid them if you value your money!

This car company is horrible. They get cars from auctions and dont do any work in them. I got 2 cars from them and they both were a death trap. I advise anyone looking to get a good used car go to Teds used cars not here. These foreigners just want your money they dont care if the car works or not. And another thing the cars here will look perfect on the outside and the inside will have so much damage which the company fail to tell you about.

Not good. They buy cars from auctions and dont really inspect them so you need to inspect carefully. They offer some B.S. 3 month warranty that covers nothing. I ended up putting $1k into the car just to pass inspection. They also pose as a private seller on CL and only when you get to the location do they reveal its a dealership. Its also a carpet sales place! Also had problems with title. A complete nightmare.
