The BEST place to buy a vehicle. I have bought new and used cars from dealerships, large and small, and have always been disappointed by either the high-pressure sales techniques, promises made but not fulfilled, games with financing, or the vehicle itself, and sometimes all of those things at once. When I needed to replace my car five years ago, I stopped at Silverdale on a whim, expecting the same treatment that I had always received before. Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! Jeff sat down with me and I told him how much I could afford and what I was looking for. He made it happen with no bs and no hassle. Hes extremely knowledgeable, and most important to me, HONEST! To find someone I can trust where a car is concerned is absolutely priceless. He hires staff that have those same qualities: everyone at this dealership sincerely cares about putting you in a great vehicle that you can afford. Both my daughter and son have also bought cars from Silverdale and I certainly wouldnt recommend my kids deal with someone I didnt trust. If I ever encounter a problem, Jeff takes care of it and I know I wont be taken advantage of. I am honestly shocked by the bad reviews; I cant imagine Jeff or any of his staff acting in less than an ethical, professional manner. I would never buy a car anywhere else.

The old saying "Buyer Beware" absolutely applies here! Go with your gut feeling and dont let Jeff pull "the used car salesman routine on you." I purchased a Cadillac SRX for well over Blue Book Value. The nightmare started when we negotiated a lower price for the car. When filling out paperwork for the purchase Jeff pulled the warranty offer due to the price reduction (red flag #2) He however assured me he stood by all of his products. The night I drove it off the lot the turn signals were in-op. Then there was a "grinding noise when the breaks were applied and when the car was put in reverse. I was ASSURED this was due to the tires rubbing on the mud flaps. Come to find out (mind you after Jeff assured me the car was safe to drive) it was a BRAKE PROBLEM! This car was one problem after another, brakes, water pump, windows in-op, catalytic converter, fuel injectors, belts, plugs. I finally traded the piece of junk in at CarSense (I Highly recommend!) I took a big hit on the price but my headache is GONE. A friend of mine told me he was buying a truck from Silverdale Auto Sales II. I warned him! I tried to tell him. Guess what? Drove out there 20min, the salesperson I talked to was Angel. All she kept talking about is how good there dealership was and didnt say anything about the truck. When I asked if I could test drive the truck she said I couldnt till we get closer to the purchase date. I have never heard that statement before from all the dealerships I have gone to. There are only two reasons why someone says that. One you dont care about the customer. How am I suppose to know if I am considering the vehicle if you wont even let me drive it. She didnt make any effort in at least trying to start the vehicle. The second is that there is something wrong with the vehicle and there trying to hide it. I wouldnt trust this dealership. I dont want them wasting anyone elses time like they did mine. STAY AWAY

I recently bought a truck from Silverdale II and I must say that this has to be the worst car buying experience of my life. I asked to test drive a ford-150 and they told me that we should see if the numbers worked first. At the end of the day I bought a truck over-priced and didnt even get to test drive it because they drove it. Later that day that I was filling up on gas and I found out that the gas cap was broken. It didnt close properly. I went back to see if they could fix it and they said they will call me and tell me how much it was going to be. Thats absolutely awful for me to pay for that broken piece. I also never got a called back. I will never go back there again and I dont recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for a new SUV .... I came across the web sight and called I talk to a young lady by the name of Angel she was so nice she ask me to come in and look at some SUVs that had just come in to stock... she had told me about a 2011 Pathfinder that they just got... it was in my price range and was low miles.... Angel was right it was perfect the color the miles THE PRICE.... Angel did everything to make this a easy transaction she talked me the whole time step by step ... Great Experience. Very friendly atmosphere and no pressure. Had a few problems but with the vehicle I purchased but they were all worked out to my satisfaction. I believe they stand by their vehicles and take great care in getting only quality cars and trucks. We had been shopping for well over 3 months trying to find the best deal and I am confident thats what I received. Silverdale Autos on site mechanic was fantastic. He answered all my questions and concerns and actually showed me while my vehicle was on the lift. I will try and use him as time allows for any repairs that might be needed down the road.

dont buy run like hell they charged me 17000 gave me 9500 for my car the car i got i did a kelly blue book it was 8600 car i got got isnt worth it they wouldnt let me drive it to test it they drove it i new i was screwed right then
