This store is the worst. I checked in at the door then went and sat down. waited a half hour before I realized none of them are busy, just cracking jokes with each other and they forgot to call my name. Then they couldnt help me with a simple billing issue! whats the point of having a store if you cant help me with a billing issue?? Just to sell us your crappy phones?? they told me to call customer service instead and that there was nothing they could do for me (Customer service fixed my issue within 5 minutes!) Why did I even bother going to this store?? waste of my time! the people in this store are useless. do yourself a favor, go to any other store. dont give these people your business. they dont deserve it

It was my first time at Verizon (the one on Gallivan Blvd), and it was awful. I came looking for the Pixel Phone, and although representatives were idling, no one bothered to ask if I needed help. I was standing in front of one, but she remained into her tablet until she felt compelled to "work" (I guess). Worst of all, she didnt even know about the phones specs (dismissively she said I have no idea, havent tried). Nor did she provide or clarify the info that was on the websites. I wouldve gotten the phone right on the spot, but the service was a big turn off.

Had a chance for an easy sale. Only had to make a minor adjustment in update timing. No go. Ive had plenty of managers do this for me before but obviously this store is not interested in their customers being happy or instant cash in their daily totals. Too bad, Ill also never go back, also would rather drive to a store where the customer can (very reasonably) come first. BTW ended up working out the same deal with VW over the phone on the way home... and they also waived the upgrade fee. Sorry losers.

The person who assisted us was very confused as to what phones we were getting, even though we told her clearly every time. It took about 1-2 hours to get what we needed and out, and then we needed to call customer service on the way home because they couldnt cancel a line in the store even though, the customer service person, Melissa, did it in about 5 seconds. All in all not very helpful. But we did get our new phones eventually.

Outstanding team! Where to begin....from purchasing to ensuring that lost information was restored....just making me feel like a valued customer...they always go above and beyond to help me. Even if the issue could not be resolved due to the limitations on the phone's capacities, at the very least they tried. Nazarene, Andrew, and the team thank you for making my experience a pleasure. I am a loyal customer to this store.

I went to the Dorchester Verizon store to exchange a case and activate my new phone. The staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. There was an issue with my new phone and Russell spent the better part of an hour helping with my issues. I would definitely recommend this Verizon store.

Rude, discourteous and unfriendly. I called to ask a question and have never felt such hostility in a brief conversation. Needless to say, I would rather drive downtown or out to Braintree than deal with someone who does not care for their customers.

Both times that I have been to this store in the past year, I have received great service. Today, Randy was super efficient and courteous helping my boyfriend and I figure out our phone which was broken - and set us up on a path to fix it quickly.
