I had an absolutely HORRENDOUS encounter at this store. Avoid at all costs. I went to the store with a cracked screen that was having display issues. The store was completely empty and out popped Man Pham, the worlds WORST cell phone associate. I give him my information, and explain my problem. He then hands me a paper and tells me to call the number to file a claim. I ask him to file it for me, since Im in the store already. He then tells me I have to be the one to call, I remind him my phone is broken. He then tells me use my home phone, I dont have one. I ask if I can call from the store phone, he then tells me that I cant since its only one line and if a customer calls, then the phone would be busy. I then look around the empty PHONE store, and ask if its the only useable phone in the store, which apparently it is. I ask if there is a manager that I could speak with, and he says that hes the only one, so hes the manager today...which was strange and probably untrue. I then proceed to call the number, and he goes in the back and SHUTS THE PHONE OFF! I kid you not, absolutely unhelpful. He then remains in the back of the store, without providing any additional help. I ended up leaving the store and just filing the claim online.

I came into this store on Monday (2/1) to get a new SIM card for my mom. An associate named JJ informed me that the new shipment hadnt come in yet, but would be there later in the day. I let him know that was perfect and I would stop by after work. Things came up and I wasnt able to get back to the store until this afternoon. I walked in and was greeted right away by JJ, who had the SIM card ready for me in his pocket! It was amazing customer service. He held on to that card for 2 days! I was in and out and didnt have to spend my whole lunch break running this errand. I truly appreciated it, JJ! THANK YOU :)

Bad parking and personnel more concerned with earning commission on what they can sell you rather then wait you need to functionally for your lifestyle. Aggressive selling like a car dealership.

They claimed to be open but whe i got there everything was locked down and they were closed. Had a strict time restraint to get a new phone and they really messed me up.
