Would give 0 stars if I could. The employees of this store will purposely mislead you about their device return policy claiming there are no returns despite what their own receipt says and what Cricket policies are (7 day return policy). When you challenge them, they will intimidate you and get very rude if you dare call 1-800-CRICKET to sort this out. I dealt with Martha who tried to convince me they dont accept returns and then their store manager claimed they accept returns but charge a $25 restocking fee even for compliant returns, both of which are not cricket policies as clearly spelled out online. Dont go to this store! Purchase online if you can! Youll regret dealing with this store!
