Stay away. Total rip off. Asked for the $40 plan but was told by salesperson CJ that first month had to be $53 to cover activation but that he would change to $40 after first month when I came in to make payment. Went to Hanover store to make payment and was advised that I had been lied to, $40 plan was immeditely available. I returned to store to get credit but no luck, CJ said it was store policy. Policy to lie and rip people off I guess!!!
