Although they are nice people, the lack of knowledge about products and services that were provided to me was kind of baffling. The gentleman I worked with in purchasing my new phone was very kind, I forget his name and this is not to bash any individual because I do not intend to, this is more so with the company itself. He was informative but it was not what one should expect. I felt rushed as if they were all trying to compete to get the waiting list down, some people are just browsing, others want to purchase. If someone says they intend to buy a phone on the spot I think taking the time to explain the regulations and necessities should be a given, and verifying the insurance plans etc should be on point not going "sign here.. and here" and shoving me out the door.. I walked out confused and annoyed when I got home I noticed I had no receipt in the bag, I get that everything is done electronically but for that money and all those products purchased I should have a receipt of some kind, which then entails me to get back on the phone to make sure I will not be liable if something should break or what not (chargers etc..) on top of already having to call customer service twice when I got back home about transfers and all that other fun stuff I shouldnt of had to bother with.. With the unnecessary money you are shelling out, I would expect the ones selling the products to know what they are talking about 100% and explain without having the customer ask 500 questions. Not one person working in the store had the ability to properly put on a screen protector they said "the woman who does it is not in". That may sound like a stupid complaint but If I spend $352 on phone (WITH AN UPGRADE) and not being able to have them protect it, it irked me I dont see how hard it is to learn just to make it less of a hassle for customers.. unfortunately, even something that simple can taint someones opinion about the store. If the phone service and connections were not good I would not recommend Verizon, too many problems and way to over priced. It is understood that technology is getting pricey but its ridiculous to have to deal with problems with not only the phone, but investigate and spend time on the phone with tech support for 3 hours to figure out something that should of already been provided.

Added my fiance to my family plan at this location and it was a mistake that will cost us $400. We worked with Melissa who was very friendly but apparently uneducated about their products and services. She sold us on their new edge program but everything she told us was WRONG. I asked a ton of questions and verified everything with her and so we went with it. Im trying to get verizon to make it right but I just keep getting the run around. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service only to be told to call the store (I even said the store is just going to tell me to call you), called the store and was told to call customer service they were the only ones who could help me, called customer service waited 31 minutes to speak with a supervisor only to be discounted and now Im on hold again waiting to be connected with a supervisor. Very disappointed in Verizon and their inability to take any responsibility. I know there is a learning curve for their associates when a new product hits the market but dont punish your consumer.

***DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE*** I will never deal with this store again!!! The things I love about Verizon are the phones, the service and the friendly staff that they have, but you wont get any of that here. I have been trying to pick up an order that I had placed and they were doing everything to not help me out, its been 4 days and I still dont have my order. The people at headquarters were more helpful and were trying to do everything to help, even had the manager talk to headquarters and I thought she was going to jump in the phone and kill the guy. THIS IS NOT VERIZON

We had a problem switching my phone line from one cell phone to another old one we had as a backup. We had called Verizon to make a switch, and they failed - somehow turning off my wifes phone instead. We went in to the store to fix it and the manager acted like we were a little slow, say that "its pretty much impossible" that could have happened. So rude.

Dont go to this location! Theres another one right up the street. The staff here is rude and condescending! Ruined our shopping day. Ive never been so frustrated with a Verizon store. Im a very level-headed and happy person, but the guy in the doorway that takes your name talked down to me so many times that I walked right out! Extremely disappointed.

Rachel gave outstanding customer service - resolved all my problems, in a very friendly, helpful manner. Other staff checked to make sure I was being helped while I was waiting for problem resolution. They are prompt in servicing customers.

the store manager is a retard, march 28th 2010 store manager couldnt do an ESN swap. had to got to the downtown boston store, where they did it in 5mins without any problems, they said it was the braintree store manager is a retard lol.

Leah the General manager at this location is terrible she doesnt know anything about the systems and is bad with customers services. The location in Hanover is muchhhhhhh better
