Son De lo peor. Traté de que me ayudaran con una orden que había puesto y pasado7 días de la orden no tenia ni el dinero de vuelta ni el delivery que se suponía llegaba en esa fecha. Primero dijeron que la manager me llamaría, luego que no había manager. En fin que con tantas mueblerías que hayen Miami no vale la pena ni tomarlos como opción. De las peores atenciones que he visto. No aceptan cancelaciones aun cuando llamas horas después de haber puesto la orden. Nada de respeto como cliente. No los recomendaría a nadie nunca. El cliente merece ante todo buena atención y amabilidad y eso no es precisamente lo que recibí de esta mueblería.

Hello First of all I want to warn all who read this opinion about Coco Furniture (1000 E 23rd St Hialeah) you better go to another Furniture because with the experience I would not recommend to anyone, went my wife and to sell good care, buy furniture delivery had to arrive after 5pm and arrived at 11:30 pm very bad job when I see are putting the furniture that I had sent a right sectional and who had I bought was left, the other day we went to the furniture store and the lady who greeted us was an old lady who told us we had to wait 3 months for tubieran left sectional (that was a lack of respect on your part) the other lady we he said we was going to help us tomorrow and the delivery of furniture was then expect the cabinet after 5:00 pm as we agreed and then I call it 6:30 yet they did not have that the next day we bring ... ....... NOT RECO MENDARÍA TO ANYONE BUY THIS FURNITURE COCO treat people as if they cared nothing !!!!!! NO

La atencion al cliente es pesima tenia pensado comprar varias cosas pero nos atendio una señora mayor con muy fea actitud y muy mal caracter la calidad de sus mueble es buena pero sugieron que si quieren comprar muebles de Coco Furnituren visiten el de Miramar o el de la calle 8 la atencion es espectacular , es una lastima que un lugar como ese tenga personas trabajando tan poco profesional.

Horrible esa compañía,muy amables para venderte los muebles para entregártelos una pesadilla y querían darme el mueble de exibicion como si fuera nuevo,mintiendo todo el tiempo y el día q esperaba el delivery no vienieron y ni me avisaron q no vendrian,conclusion,nunca más ni entro x ahí y a todo el q pueda se lo hago saber para q nunca se hacerquen x ahi

En realidad nos encantaron los precios. Nosotros somos una compañía de muebles de oficinas y fuimos recomendados a Coco Furniture por unas amistades para unos muebles de casa y quedamos maravillados con los precios. Son precios súper rebajados y buena calidad, eso fue nos que más nos sorprendió. Muy buen trabajo! Los recomendaré

I love este lugar! Eh comprado en esta tienda varias veces y me encanta los mueles y sus servicios. Siempe compro en la de hialeah. Los recomiendo a todos. Ellos como todos, siempre estan muy busy pero no hay otro luga en miami como Coco Furniture. Les doy 5 estrellas

Los muebles cuando fui a comprarlos muy bonitos, me quedaron de hacer la entrega hoy a las 7pm y desde el miércoles estuve llamando para confirmar...dos horas después estoy esperándolos y nisiquiera llamada de confirmación he recibido.

Worst experience ever! I ordered my furniture, waited patiently. Two days before it was supposed to be delivered, they called and said they no longer manufacture my furniture. Upset, I requested a refund which I was denied. Went a few times and finally I got my refund. There was another customer there with the same issue as mine except she brought the police. I would not recommend this place. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Skinny young lady working in a desk to the back wouldnt give me her name or the mangers name, nobody knows who the manager or the owner is. Her exact word to me was "its not my problem" honestly she should not be working there of with a the public because obviously she doesnt know how to talk to people.

The Hialeah store is the Worst furniture store in the world , theyre service is terrible, the maniger is a disrespectful lady such as the lady in the first table , they just want to sell you the things and after they dont care about anything , I had ask for delivery and never got it , and then I come here to pick it up and they talk to me with an attitude . The worst place to buy furniture, i was suppose to get my furniture on Wednesday 8, they didnt show up , the next day they showed up 3 hours late and did not bring all my furnitures and some of the items was damaged, they schedule for the next day and still didnt show up I ended up calling my bank and get my money reversed, be careful worst play to order furnitures

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS... I BOUGHT A FURNITURE SET. WHEN I PICKED UP IT..WAS ALREADY BOXED UP.. SO WHEN I UNBOXED IT IT WAS DAMAGED SO WHEN I RETURNED IT THEY SAID WE WILL HAVE ANOTHER SET BY NEXT WEEK AND IVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS ALREADY.. In all honesty i am in <# love with this store. . .i was able to take furniture home in less than a week. They have the best modern furniture i have seen. . .for a very low price. My sales person was so helpful> she guided me through the entire process. . .she was so nice.
