Creanme que si se pudiera les daria 0 estrellas por la falta de profesionalismo, etica, moral y prestigio de este Sitio. Les explico con pocas palabras el porque de mi descontento.Ordene una mesa de comedor con 6 sillas y debia de estar mi orden lista para dentro de 2 semanas, cuando voy a averiguar que sucede pues no recibo respuesta ni nada,me dicen que el pedido se pospuso a octubre, cuando ya yo tengo previsto un evento (Open house) con todos mis invitados, todo listo y organizado, para que ahora ultima hora yo tenga que cancelar todo por inegligencia de este sitio. Pedi hablar con el Manager y por supuesto no acepto recibir la llamada. Por eso tomo esta decision de hacer este comentario, para que aquellos que esten pensando en la opcion de este Sitio, lo piensen mas de dos veces y acudan a otra muebleria mas seria y con mas prestigio. Nota: Lo peor de todo es que ellos tienen en exposicion la mesa que ordene, pero segun ellos esa no pueded ser pues es de exibicion. Osea estan exibiendo un producto, el cual es practicamente imposible de obtener. Gracias!!

SO FRUSTRATED MY HEADACHE HAS YET TO GO AWAY! ME AND FIANCE WERE NOT GREETED WHEN WE WALKED IN THE STORE, BUT THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND US WAS...HOW WELCOMING HUH! I SAID TO MY FIANCE "I GUESS WERE INVISIBLE" BUT PROCEEDED IN THE STORE CAUSE I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! A GUY CAME BEHIND US TO GREET US AFTER WE WERE HALF TO THE KIDS SECTION. I DONT REMEMBER HIS NAME THATS HOW WELCOMING HE WAS! HOWEVER NOT EVEN 5 MINS WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE WANTED AND WE WERE OFF TO THE REGISTER I PAID DEBIT. I WASNT TO HAPPY WITH HOW EVERYTHING ENDED CAUSE I KNOW AT EL DORADO THEY WALK WITH YOU OUT SIDE AND TELL YOU TO HAVE A NICE DAY, HIM HOWEVER GOT UP AND JUST WALKED AWAY LIKE NEXXXXT! NOW MY FURNITURE HAS BEEN DELIVERED THE DRIVER WAS GREAT UP UNTIL I HAD TO CALL HIM BACK TO ASK HIM WHERE WERE THE MATTRESSES I ORDERED NEARLY 15 PHONE CALLS TO HIM, NO ANSWER! I ASKED MY SISTER TO CALL HIM HE DIDNT ANSWER BUT HE CALLED HER RIGHT BACK. HER NOT ME, HER!!!!!!! CLEARLY HE DIDNT KNOW MY SISTER NUMBER BUT NOW IM UPSET I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER! NOT TO MENTION MY FURNITURE IS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM ! WHY DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS NEVER AGAIN I DONT KNOW WHY I STEPPED OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE (ELDORADO) ! CITY FURNITURE WANTED ME TO $80+ TO HAVE BROKEN FURNITURE DELIVERED UP ONE STAIRCASE TO MY APARTMENT AND HAVE RUDE DRIVERS PUT IT TOGETHER NEVER AGAIN !! I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH CITY FURNITURE AGAIN I LITERALLY ONLY WANT A REFUND! THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO THANK ME FOR BEING PATIENT !

Absolutely wonderful from I walked in the door. Immediately Priscilla Mercado walked up to me with an amazing smile, greeted me and my sons with hospitality and asked if she could help. This was rather refreshing given the fact that I had just walked out of a furniture store down the road and the experience was lack luster - nah! horrible!!!. I think I was in and out the store in less than half hour with everything I wanted. I saw the Westcot2 collection online and I just had to have them, the beautiful glass dining room table with 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, coffee table, 2 end tables and the sofa table with the elegant scrolled metal and scalloped edging...Oh my goodness they are gorgeous. I told Priscilla what I wanted, she walked me directly to the items, the bar stools were not on display but since I had already fallen in love with her personality and the amazing experience in the first minutes of walking into City Furniture, I trusted her and just purchased the items without seeing them and I cant wait for them to reach to The Bahamas. City Furniture has wonderful items and with staff like Priscilla Mercado working there, I am sure every customer would be just as happy as I was with my experience and purchase. I even left with a gorgeous set of Pinot Grigio wine glasses....how cool is that? Thank you City Furniture and THANK YOU PRISCILLA......YOU ROCK!

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased from here. Not only is this store mentioned, but the very people I dealt with are mentioned in the same light as my experience. If I could give no stars, I would! The delivery guys stepped all over the very rug they were delivering, when I pointed out a stain on a chair they delivered, they got very hostile and didnt want to take it back until I demanded they take it out of my home. They promised pillows with some of the furniture that was not delivered, the "manager" made promises to deliver it but never did. When they called to replace the chair that was stained, they changed the delivery time, without any prior notice, to a time I couldnt be home so they charged me $99.00 ($20 more than the value of the chair). I cant get a manager on the phone to talk to me about the pillows nor the chair. Now Im without pillows or a chair that were paid for and there is no recourse for me but to dispute it with my credit card company. FYI, the supposed sales manager was Derrick and the store manager who wouldnt take my call nor responsibility was Guy. Lastly, notice the response from this store to everyones complaints... its the same "send an email to us" but no response and no care for the customer nor the issue.

Le doy una estrella porque para poder comentar hay que hacer clic en alguna pero es para no dar ninguna compre un colchón memory fund que según el vendedor tenia garantía de por vida al cabo de 4 meses no se parecía a lo que había comprado llame vino un técnico cobro 50 dólares cash no lo puedo reponer porque el colchón no ha bajado 1 pulgada y media el de usted solo ha bajado 1 pulgada y cuarto dentro de seis meses puedo volver eso es una falta y una burla ha una persona que ha pagado unos mil dólares por un colchón donde no te dicen eso de que hay que esperar te dicen tiene garantía de por vida

I have to say, I was delighted by my shopping experience at this City Furniture. We just moved in to a new apartment and were in the market for a new couch. I was overly pleased with the customer service provided by the store associate ( I believe it would be an injustice to call him a salesmen because he treated us as friends and was genuinely interested in what our needs were, not the price tag). He had an enormous amount of product knowledge and was very informative in helping us finally reach a decision on a piece of furniture that best fit our needs as well as budget. Our furniture was delivered the next day in great fashion. We live on the second floor but they were in and out in no time. If you are tired of pushy sales people and subpar service, do yourself a favor and visit this City Furniture.

We looked up and down the area for furniture. City Furniture not only had a selection of contemporary bedroom sets but the customer service was fantastic. When we walked into most stores we were followed by the sales rep who watched us like a hawk. If that is your thing, Im sure the good people at City Furniture would oblige, but it is not ours. When we had questions, Christopher (Chris) was happy to help and while we looked he stayed away. The same day shipping was a nice touch. As to the price - wow. Feel free to comparison shop online for the furniture at City Furniture. Our bedroom set was less than 50% of what it would have cost us in other stores and online. We highly recommend and we will return.
