Hicimos una compra grande entre ello un colchón king linen sand con 10 años de garantia. Cuándo llamé para hacer el reclamo me dieron fecha para 1 semana después. Vinieron, revisaron y constataron la deformidad del colchón. A los dias me llamaron y dijeron que debia acercarme a la tienda para escoger un nuevo colchón pregunté porque debia ir y no me podian hacer el cambio, me respondieron que esa era la poliza que tenían y porque si no había podía cambiarlo por otra marca y que por supuesto si había diferencia tenía que pagarla. Eso es normal me parecía algo lógico. Hasta ahí ... Bien aunque no muy de acuerdo por lo que tenía que ir y no me queda muy cerca, pero en fin. Hoy fui y me dí cuenta cuál era la razón . Cuándo entré a la tienda la vendedora que me abordó muy amablemente le cambió la expresión y actitud cuándo le expliqué de que se trataba. Para hacerla corta , me llevó a recorrer 1/2 tienda, y mientras veiamos y conversabamos me dijo que "yo tenía la culpa" por no haber comprado un colchón más caro , sino queria tener problemas debía de comprar el de $ 6,000 porque ese era de los peores que tenían ( yo no sé de colchones y nos dejamos llevar por la información que nos dió la srta que nos estaba atendiendo en ese entonces) Escogí otro colchón porque no vendian ya el que yo estaba reclamando ( que obviamente tenía que pagar la diferencia) y me dí con la sorpresa que tenía que pagar $ 99.00 para que recojan el colchón que tenía garantía y pagar también para que hagan el delivery del nuevo colchón. Por supuesto que le dije que no me parecía y llamó a un señor que no se que cargo ocupa ya que nunca se identificó quién era. Me dijo que esa era la poliza de uds. Si hay una garantía , si yo ya pagué un delivery para que me traigan las cosas que compré por qué tengo que pagar nuevamente por un servicio de un producto defectuoso que me vendieron.? Eso me fastidia bastante pero lo que más coraje me da es la pésima atención que recibí , las pésimas respuestas con malos tonos, que dieron cuándo les dije que me iba a quejar cómo " quejese dónde quiera y la proxima vez compre colchones más caros, los de 6,000 dollars" Disculpen, pero esa no es forma, no son maneras. Qué pena pero con vendedoras cómo esa .....

WORST customer service, please DO NOT i repeat DO NOT deal with the customer "service" manager Roberto nor anyone else UNLESS you are buying something that you do not require any help just SALES people... Roberto will hang up the phone on you, talk over you and will not provide "service" as he is supposed because he may be forget that it is HIS job... to sadly for the owners this corporation is BBB accredited and Im taking this to the highest level I can. An $1,1000 mattress was purchased, two days later we called because of back pain, just that the owner cant sleep in this mattress simple, we wanted to exchange it nothing else... after we called they said we can exchange the mattress with no problem and that they recommend to sleep on this mattress for 30 days... However because of how not comfortable it was few days later my friend went to the store in Palmetto (where Roberto is manager...) Horrible experience since no one wanted to assist because he wasnt buying like the first time. So, there is a restocking fee and delivery fee which NO problem, lets pay that. However, there was a $200 difference after the NEW mattress and their fees... So why not? lets pick the matching night stand. Lets keep in mind that this happen after talking to every single one in the store to "approve" this exchange... So, after night stand is picked... Guess what... "no you can only pick things that are in the store and this nightstand is in our warehouse"... ok they only have big rugs which are not needed at this time... Again, trying to be reasonable thought about taking the rugs then comes to "No, you can not buy rugs because you have to buy something that we HAVE to deliver to you because this is an EXCHANGE" -- remember that the "exchange" for the couch was taken care of, kind of... OK. Can we buy this night stand, pay the difference and have it deliver to another store? "NO we HAVE to deliver it, because it is an exchange"... And to be continue, because to JUST happen. Calling head quarters to speak directly with Mr. Purvis until this gets to the president Mr. Buckley NOT only because how DUMB and UNREASONABLE the "rules" are... I said all of that respectfully, but how BAD and AWFUL Roberto and his crew are and that he did not care about going below A+ on BBB, that will definitely not pass noticed. I do not need a response on this, acct phone number ends 4982 last name Ceballos, you can call to come to a reasonable agreement if not we can interact through headquarters personal.

If I could give them (minus) -5 stars that will be the right rating! We order furniture from this store and the sales person was awful, when we got the furniture at home a lot of pieces were missing. We ask the delivery guys what happened and surprise, they said that is what we order and if we want the rest of the pieces we have to order them because they are extra!!!! This is about a 7 pieces sofa, in store they have a 7 pieces sofa but the price is for 6 pieces, and thats false advertising, they use this, to trick the customtters, so you be careful of those crooks if you make this huge mistake. Second problem we order some picture frames and one of them was damaged, we told them and nothing....more then that, they overcharged me 60$ extra for special transport, because they said the furniture is coming for a store and the other pieces from a different one so they have to charge me extra!!!! Really????!!!!! Third problem, we order a lamp and they said they dont have it in stock and it will take them about 2 months to send the lamp, so they sale products that are not available but they wont tell you, and then they will keep lying to you! So I called customer service and they guy asked me a lot of questions and I told him what happened, guess what, at the end told me "Im sorry" and he hang up! I made another phone call and the next customer service told me that he cant do anything because every store has his own policy! Really, why do you have customer services??? Finally we went to the store and guess what, Robert one of the managers was rude and disrespectful, we told him what happened and he said we have to pay for the missing parts and also for the delivery, we explain him again what happened, with the lamp to and he said if you dont want it we just cancel it, and at that point we told him what about if we cancel everything and you take all the furniture back and we go to a different store and we are going to sue this store for false advertising!!! After spending 3 hours in the store and reschedule 2 more delivery, of course someone has to take of from work, we managed to solve some of the problems! So guys, dont ever buy furniture from ROOMS TO GO, you will spend a lot of money, they will lie to you, they will sell you bad products and wont replace them, you will have missing pieces and a lot of headaches, you will have to spend a lot of time to solve a lot of problems that you shouldnt have!!! Ill never buy furniture from ROOMS TO GO, the biggest CROOKS !!!
