Soy mama de 3 niñas estaba buscando un juego de comedor de calidad que me disminuyera trabajo , de madera no queria pq las niñas dibujan y no tienen cuidado con la madera , de cristal siempre estoy con wl tema q me quedo empañado, pero este es el perfecto tiene todo lo que yo necesitaba es de marmol solo le doy una pasadita y esta como si lo hubiera acabado de comprar , el color y modelo de la mesa te da la oportunidad de usar cualquier tipo de silla y color y hasta combinar colores, el espacio q tenia en mi comedor no es muy grande pero a la ves tengo una familia grande esta mesa me quedo perfecta mide 63 q es como un tamaño estandar a la ves te deja ponerle 6 sillas pero tiene 2 extenciones a los lados que la convierten en 83 super para mis necesidades. No puedo pedir mas Calidad, Belleza, Lujo, Confort son todas estas cosas que reune este juego,una foto no expresa lo que en realidad se ve y siento cuando llego a mi casa en persona es mucho mas lindo. Gracias a Criastan Delgado que me ayudo acescojer este juego y accesorios y a los muchachos del delivery Yankier por ser tan eficientes y cuidadosos . Super complacida y super contenta

I am waiting (since March) for an even exchange on a left sided chase (leather sofa) which reclines automatically and is currently pressed up against the wall in order to sit and watch t.v. in my entertainment room. Every month, since March, I have been promised that a new batch will be in and I will get the replacement right away. I am always told that I am the next customer on the list to get this chase. Were almost in June and the customer service representative in the Palmetto (Hialeah) store, by the name of Aylen, now tells me that I have to wait another month, til mid-June. This is the third month I have to wait for this exchange. This is beyond unacceptable and I am starting to believe left sided chases have been manufactured since my purchase in March, only to be sold to new customers; thus my order for exchange still pending. I expalined that I either want a full refund of my whole sofa (as I will gladly go elsewhere to purchase a NEW & BETTER product from a more TRUSTED retailer) or the replacement right away. Either the product has been available but sold right away or this product is starting to look like it is on back-order and perhaps may even be discontinued for all I know. I have been calling this specific store and I have left numerous messages with "Fabricio" (the customer service manager) which now I hear is no longer with this company (go figure), and once again I am told to wait another month... This is ridiculous and I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I guess I have to go to the store in person and discuss this situation amongst both store employees and other customers. It is true what was said in the previous review, when they want to sell you a product they promise you the world... But to help you (keep in mind, I called less than a week after my purchase to get it replaced right away since it was broken!, I didnt use the product for months and now decided I wanted a new one) it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! I will never shop at an El Dorado Furniture store EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow it is a surprise that after having a very bad experience at this store located at 13714 SW 56 ST Miami, Florida i come to check on the review and see so many unhappy customers all around, it is to bad that a big corporation relate in a such off bad customer service when they should go for nothing less than excellence, i had my bad experience on March 24th on my birthday when i decided i was gonna give my self a gift, i just moved in the community and i am remodeling my apartment since the first time i was satisfy by the service of one of the employees on the floor, I asked for him this second time and the answer i got was very rude, like i was a criminal looking to kill an employee in the store, i was not ask who i was or what i wanted in stead the answer i got was if you something with him why dont you call him your self, I am a business person my self plus i work with a very serious company that work hand to hand with homeland security so to be treated like that was very rude and disappointing to me, when i asked for the management of the place they got me waiting for over 1 hour to get an answer, i am a Latin my self, originally from Cuba, i lived in other countries before coming to Miami cause my family was here and it is impressive the treatment we get here by our own community never seen before somewhere else, El Dorado Furniture is suppose to have higher standard levels about the customer that at the end are the one that me them be a successful business or not and pay the employees salaries, very very bad treatment to customer, by the way the employee that told me so his name is Izmael and refused to give me his last, i tried to get in touch with head office not been successful about it neither got the answer from the management at the store that would satisfied me.

Recomiendo al Sr. Hernan Feria cuando vallan a comprar sus muebles fue muy amable y servicial desde el comienzo aunque cuando llegamos le dijimos que nuestra remodelacion de la casa todavia duraba 2 meses hasta comprarlos, a el no le importo y se tomo mas de dos horas ensenandonos los muebles que necesitabamos y dandonos ideas, cuando volvimos luego de un mes a buscarlo, nos ayudo muchisimo vino desde Miami Gardens hasta West Palm Beach con la disenadora para guiarnos con el size de muebles de acuerdo a los espacios, asi se me hizo mas facil la eleccion de los mismos ya que con seguridad sabia como se iban a ver en mi casa ( no muy grandes ni muy chicos) Exelente servicio al cliente, y tienen los mejores y modernos muebles. Los recomiendo!!!

Quiero resaltar ampliamente el trabajo del agente de ventas FUMERO, quien fue muy muy eficaz, amable y sumamente educado y profesional en su trabajo, me ayudó a encontrar todo cuanto quería y me dio opciones que fueron muy interesantes. Cabe resaltar que llegué a este DORADO la primera vez y parecía no importarle a nadie, todos muy sentados al frente de la tienda y nadie me dirigió la palabra, no fue hasta tiempo después que apareció este agente de ventas que estaba con otro cliente y me atendió, lo cual agradezco pues todas mis compras han sido con él quien siempre está dispuesto a ayudarnos. como agente de ventas lo recomiendo ampliamente. Bought a mattress..everything was super smooth including the delivery which was 2 days later. 1 minute adter the delivery guys left i opened the plastic on the mattress only to discover a different model than i bought...ordered a Soft pillowrop...received a euro pillowtop firm which is significantly different. after three days of texting our sales person communication stopped. its been 7 days since delivery and I still dont have the mattress i ordered...on top of that they said if i sleep on it I cant return it. Im calling my credit card to file a chargeback and get my money back then ill just put this outside my building and let someone take it. I thought these guys would provide basic customer service ans maybe expedite a delivery of the right mattress but its clear they dont care about helping. the first person i talked to tried to tell me the firm mattress would get softer as i slept on it lol. The sales person said they probably wouldnt be able to discount the purchase at all, this was before they stopped answering me. Good luck buying there...with all the options available... Ill support a business who actually provides customer service.
