Overall, a very pleasant experience. As I work directly with hotel operators, we have niche demands and the design team at RH was able to provide us contract pricing and a list of environmentally friendly options to choose from. Unfortunately, this review is only four stars as we were unable to obtain the design plans they had created for us, unless we purchased something directly off the design plan. As a developer, I found this shortcoming to be annoying and frustrating.

I had the best experience there today. There were three decorative pieces that I saw on my way out that I wanted to purchase that didnt have a price on them. I asked the friendly sales woman who then asked what looked like the manager for the price. They sold them to me for the best price a girl could ask for. We are moving into our new house next month. After such great service I plan to buy a lot of items at this location. I was beyond pleased with the staff.

Bought and returned 2 Christmas trees because they did not turn on as advertised. Just because a store is an outlet gives no one the right to sell completely defective products.

Very disappointed! Most of everything is faded, missing parts or some kind of damage. The employees arent knowledgeable about the merchandise. Too bad.

Big store but pretty pricey for scratch and dent furniture. Quality of some of the items seems poor.
